The spacious and bright dining room opens onto a terrace, overlooking the sea and garden areas with communal pools with crystal-clear waters. Air conditioning/heating, soundproof windows, motorized blinds, an alarm system, a video intercom, and parking with an elevator. The ideal place to unwind, with Open Inmo Barcelona.
A security deposit of €200 in low season and €300 in high season (please check with us for dates) will be required, as well as a tourist tax of €1 per guest per night and a cleaning fee of €60 per stay.
