OPDATERET inventar - rummelig ny sofa og stole i opholdsstue komplet med fladskærm over pejsen. Nyt træ ser flise i soveværelser! Køkken udstyret med alt hvad du behøver for din drømmeferie, herunder et SUBZERO-køleskab.
Nyt i 2017: - Nye udendørs havemøbler, mikrobølgeovn, gas kogeplade, Keurig kaffemaskine og væg ovn. Har ikke lyst til madlavning - bare download vores app YFAB for at se vores yndlings nærliggende restauranter!

A YFAB partner walks through every condo - once to check maintenance items and check ALL lightbulbs/remotes and then again after housekeeping to be sure the condo is up to YFAB's standards - then we call you to let you know it is ready. Exceeds all expectations!

I was fortunate enough to come across this listing for a recent stay at the beach. This was a beautiful, luxurious gulf front condo that provided lovely views from the living area and master bedroom. It was beautifully appointed, had top notch appliances, heavenly comfortable beds with crisp clean sheets and even had a welcoming gift of fresh coffee, wine, and a beach blanket! Everything about this place was top notch. I am a fan for life and have already booked my next stay!

Relaxation!

My wife and I stayed for Valentines weekend and loved every minute of it! Waking up to that view of the Gulf from your bed is amazing.Being on the ground floor and walking out to the lawn to enjoy the sun,air and a glass of wine is definitely, what I call ,RELAXATION! Oh, and thank you YFAB app for all the recommendations on dining and activities in the area.My wife and I found it very helpful when trying to locate nearby locations. We will be back, for sure,very soon.

Great condo!

This condo was great for our week stay! We fit 4 adults and 5 kids comfortably. Having the walk out access was fantastic! Very close to pool, easy parking, quiet unit and area even with proximity to pool and being in first floor. As a side note, we left a very personal item in the condo at departure and realized about an hour after checkout. The manager was able to ensure it was placed in a safe spot until we could make it back and collect it. Very much appreciated the honesty!

You can see the ocean from the ground level unit (you can see the beach too from higher floors) and we saw dolphins several mornings. The furnishings were in great shape and the kitchen was well stocked with nice high end appliances. We plan to stay in this condo again. The management company fulfilled our needs on a couple of things right away upon arrival. Our only complaint would be the beach front is very limited if you do not rent beach chairs, which has not been an issue in years past when bringing our own beach chairs.

Megan, Your Friend at the Beach agrees Adagio A105 has a great location - close to the pool but with the grassy area in front for the children to play on! I was glad that I got to meet your friends as they arrived and get them in early! YFAB checks every condo after every clean and let's you know as soon as it is ready for arrival! We are taking extra precautions during this time and fogging each condo with a disinfectant before you arrive for your safety. We have let the HOA know about the situation on the beach - and we hope that next year brings a better solution!

The management company is easy to work with and get in touch with. They keep you updated on check-in day and check in with you throughout the week. We have already rebooked for next summer (4th year). The location is ideal-walking distance to a few restaurants and an ice cream shop and a short drive to lots more.

Amazing vacation! We are planning to return next year! I am a health nut and I loved having a health food store within walking distance each day I would order smoothies from For the Health of It! My husband and I even tried a sports massage from there as well and really enjoyed it. 30A has some of the best outdoor activities from biking to Yolo boarding and everything in between. Lots and lots of restaurants to choose from some of our favorites are Acme it has the best lobster mac-n-cheese. Feel in love with the fish tacos at Local Catch. Watercolor Inn has the best cucumber martinis to name a few places. Can't wait till we return.

Jen, it was a delight hosting your sweet family - and I love all your ideas. I am going to add the ones that aren't already on the APP - YFAB - to it! Since you live so close, it is easy to make it a "stay-cation" and keep checking our FB page for specials!

We didn’t want to leave!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nancy and Larry attended to our evey need. The condo was impeccable both in cleanliness and design. The tvs all worked with no issues, and we all know that can be a renter’s nightmare! The mattresses in every room were very comfortable. The appliances are all new and work perfectly.The location of A105 is perfect as you feel like your in a beach house instead of a condo. The views were breathtaking. Really, there are only 5 stars for my Friend at fhe Beach!

Thank you, Jamy and it was great to visit with you and your two sweet grandchildren! Perfect time of the year with no crowds, heated pool, hot tub and no lines at the restaurants! A105's updated master bathroom with the soaking tub makes the stay A++! Return to YFAB soon - I like your idea of a girl's trip in January!

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of unit within complex could not have been better for a family with toddlers. Unit was well maintained and exceptionally clean with one small exception - the high chair liner was soiled and underneath it were remnants of food. An easy fix.Overall,the unit was well appointed. A few hooks in the bathrooms and a second kitchen towel would be helpful. I found both Nancy and Larry accessible and responsive. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our annual family vacation with the kids and grandkids, and it could not have been better. The location was great and Your Friend at the Beach was responsive and took care of some minor items that needed to be fixed. They were in constantly communication to make sure we were happy. We would recommend Adagio A105 and would stay there again. Nice thing for us about A105 is that it was very close to the pool and stairs to the beach, but not right in front. Although the upper floors might have been better for the overall view, we still had great views of the Gulf, plus our grandson could walk out the slider and be right on the grass to play, so there no going up and down the stairs or elevator to have him play outside.
