Nestled in the heart of North Saint Petersburg, this fully furnished haven boasts three spacious queen bedrooms, & two beautifully appointed bathrooms. Unleash your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy lazy afternoons by the tropical plunge pool. This beach house features a doggy door and a private, fenced dog run. Make unforgettable memories in this coastal paradise.

Upon arrival, this inviting space greets all guests with a complimentary coffee bar, perfect for brewing your favorite morning pick-me-up. A beach bag with x6 towels, a beach umbrella, and x2 foldable chairs, to use throughout your stay!

Check-in is easy due to having a keyless entry code for the front door. When you enter the home, house rules, wifi and check-out instructions will be posted on the refrigerator.

The open concept kitchen, where modern design meets functionality! This house has a full kitchen with essential kitchen supplies, that you'll have everything you need to unleash your culinary creativity.

Under the TV console, you will find board games for all ages, books, and flashlights.

*Under the kitchen sink there will be a first aid kit, and a fire blanket to use in case of any emergences. There will also be rags, and basic cleaning supplies for quick clean-ups.*

Each bedroom will provide two white towels. Both bathrooms will have shampoo + conditioner + body wash at your disposal. (Master bedroom closet light is under the bottom brown double closet door).

*Baby Pack-N-Play provided in master bedroom closet*

The laundry room provides complimentary laundry detergent for all guests. A broom, swifter mop, vacuum and vacuum changeable heads + charger. There is a neon green beach bag x6 beach towels, to use for the duration of your stay for your beach days and the plunge pool.

Pet Rules:
Pet Fee: $50 per pet per day (non-negotiable)
*Maximum 2 pets total, max weight 100 pounds per dog.*
-Water and food bowls are provided at the residence.
-Poop bags are provided outside by the turf as a complimentary for you to pick-up after your pet.
-NO digging or damages to the backyard, turf, pool area.
-NO damages or stains on any furniture inside from your pet.
*Failure to pick-up after your own pet will result in a $100 pick-up charge per pet- no exceptions!*
*Any missing items from the property and furniture damages will result in a damage charge- no exceptions!*

House Rules:
-NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE
*Ashtray provided in outdoor patio, please be respectful for non-smokers*
-Outside quiet hours are from 11pm-7am
-NO house parties or events
-Be considerate of your neighbors

Check Out Requirements:
-Check out is at 11am
-Strip all used bedding, towels, blankets and place in your laundry basket
-Make sure to close all windows and turn off all the lights in the house
-Take out all trash (including pet poop) and throw away in the front corner of the house.
(Black trash bins are shared amoungst neighbors. One black bin is on left-hand side of the backroad/ across the street from the main house on left hand corner)

Pool Rules:
All plunge pool rules are posted by the back patio door (see below).
-NO sand and tanning oils from your body before entering the pool.
-NO animals allowed in the pool
-NO food or drinks near pool area
-NO glassware or bottles near pool area
-NO smoking in the pool or near the pool area
-NO lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
-Pool toys are provided in outdoor storage bin
-Pool, chair, and umbrella covers are to be put back on after each use
