All the bedrooms come with a large screen television for your entertainment.
I`ve newly added a new retro arcade setup in the living room featuring 2 linked racing cabinets and a 2-player stand-up arcade. The racing cabinets will have 300 game, including 100 two player games that link the two cabinets together. The regular arcade unit features more than 6000 games!
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and expansive countertops, makes meal preparation effortless. Gather in the sophisticated dining room or take your dining experience outdoors on the expansive patio for an al fresco feast.
The bright and airy living room, with cozy seating and a large flat-screen TV, pool table and massive shuffleboard, provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure. Enjoy movie nights with the sonos powered home theater system and hue video sync lighting to take your movies experience into a new dimension.
The bedrooms consist of a large main floor master and two additional main floor bedrooms each with an ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs, a spacious loft doubles as a bedroom and offers the ultimate entertainment and relaxation area. The xbox console is packed with games including Microsoft’s game pass providing a huge collection of new and top games. Sink into oversized bean bags, enjoy the comfort of two additional queen-size beds, and take advantage of a private bathroom for added convenience. The fifth bedroom is a main floor casita with its own courtyard entry (no direct access to the house) with its own ensuite full bathroom.

Guests staying 40 days or more will require a monthly cleaning service. This will be prearranged by the host.
The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it`s not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 2 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60`s during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. We charge $150 for pre-heating the pool to 82 degrees prior to your arrival. During your stay we provide pool heating at cost, where the Owner covers up to $1,000 in utilities per month and you are responsible for the overages. A security deposit of $2000 will be required to cover for any excessive utility use beyond the monthly allowance.
GUEST INFORMATION. As required by the City of Indio, we must collect the information on all guests staying at the property who are 18 or older as well as a copy photo ID of the primary guest. Additionally we must collect information on all vehicles staying at the property. This information will be required prior to check-in.
GUEST & VEHICLE INFORMATION. The Guest shall provide complete and accurate guest and vehicle information in the Online Check-in Form.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM Sunday-Thursday and 10:00 PM Friday-Saturday and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no outside music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If you plan to have additional overnight guests, please contact us in advance for approval. Additional fees may apply. Please note that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit may result in a $200 a night penalty for every person over the limit. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host and a $200 a night penalty for every person over the limit.
PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited. If you require a service animal, you must notify us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Any unauthorized animals will be subject to an additional fee. Damage or additional cleaning charges attributable to animals shall be charged to you, together with a fine of $100 per day with a minimum of $500.
SMOKING. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. This includes smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaporizers, etc) is not allowed in our property or on its grounds. If you are found to be smoking on the property, you will be subject to a fine fee of $250 plus damages, and you may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. We do not permit the use of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers in our property.
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
CHECKOUT. Checkout time is 11am for all guests. We kindly ask that you vacate the property by this time to allow our cleaning staff to prepare the property for the next guests. If you require a late check-out, please contact us in advance to discuss availability and any additional fees that may apply. Failure to vacate the property by 11am without prior approval may result in a $250 charge per hour. If you remain on the property beyond the check-out time and date without approval, we may need to ask you to leave and secure the property. If this is necessary, we will ensure that your personal belongings are kept safe until retrieved.
POOL SAFETY. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should use the pool at their own risk. Diving is not allowed in the pool, as the depth may not be suitable for diving. Running on the pool deck or in the pool area is prohibited, as it increases the risk of slipping and falling. Glass containers are not allowed near the pool, as broken glass can cause serious injuries. Guests will be financially responsible for glass breakage in the pool cleaning costs. Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool, to keep the water clean and prevent accidents. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times when in the pool area. Guests are not allowed to swim alone, and should have at least one other person present when using the pool.

Coachella Dream is a beautiful house with a great pool and south facing yard to keep the children and adults entertained.There is lots to do inside as well, with an Xbox, vintage arcade machines, TVs, board games and books.The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions and were very helpful to ensure a great stay.
