Dette nostalgiske omgivelser, der er nyrenoveret, et soveværelse, har en 1940 Story Ocean View fra hvert værelse. Med en balkon der vender mod øst. Om vinteren kan du lade vinduerne være åbne hele natten og mærke de svage briser og høre palmetræler ruste. Denne unikke indstilling er det bedste sted for folk, der ser, da du er i parken og stranden. Sovepladser 4 personer på to queensize-senge, den ene er en læder sofa udtræksseng i stuen og den anden er en dronning Perfect Sleeper i soveværelset. The host Kalyn was very responsive and helpful. The location was wonderful, and the beach is gorgeous! We appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella to use during our stay.

Comfortable and great location

Though we had stormy weather this year, the condo is always great. The update to the shower making warm water come more quickly was nice. Pool, parking, view from balcony always a pleasure.

AMAZING VIEWS OF SUNRISE!!

Great location to the beach. Best photos of the sunrise ever -and from the deck!! The owner was responsive immediately and all the way through! Thank you for a great week in Hollywood!

Great getaway spot

Well furnished, love convenience to beach and pool. Park life can mean some noise - weekday concerts, dance and sports events, homeless folks. Great for walking, biking, enjoying sunrises. Enjoyed Tiki Tiki seafood a short drive north.

Repeat visitors pleased again

Lovely to sit in living room with balcony door and windows open to breeze, light, surf sound; included off-street parking; sheltered pool area; ease of walking out to broadwalk, comfy for friends to visit for day. Our firestick for the tv works well. This year quieter - fewer homeless folks at night in park and the lunch-hour singer took a break.

Beach Villa

We absolutely loved the place! Peter the owner goes above & beyond, he's very informative and if you have any questions he responds back immediately!! The villa is very clean, well equipped, the Murphy Bed is very comfortable, it has a beautiful view of the ocean & boardwalk both inside & out and the location couldn't be better!! My husband, sister and I had 8 great days there. We will diffantely be back!! Thank you Peter & Allie!!

Beautiful view of beach

The apartment was darling. Perfect for two adults. Excellent communication with owner. Appreciated k-cups, spices, soap, etc to begin our stay. Pool was clean and a nice quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Not an issue, but didn’t realize balcony was shared with neighbor. Thank you, George

Beautiful view ,Great location

We had a wonderful time at this 1 bedroom Villa. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed .The view from the balcony,livingroom,kitchen was amazing!! 2 second walk to beach,and a quiet,gated heated pool to enjoy!! The place was equipped with all the needs for the beach !! Chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas. We enjoyed some of the resteraunts & entertainment within walking distance. Peter the host , greeted us as we checked in & helped us with any questions and suggested things to enjoy in the area. We also enjoyed the bicycles included to explore the board walk in the early morning . I just wish the city would move along some of the homeles in the park. All though they were harmless, they take up space that visitors to the park could enjoy. And hung out late into the night.But sadly, I guess that is everywhere you go today... I would definitely come back and stay at Pete's place! Hoping to stay longer next year!!

Wonderful stay in Hollywood Beach

The condo was great! Very nice and clean with a good sized main area (kitchen w/island/breakfast bar, living and eating area), all with a view of the ocean from the windows. We opened the windows each day to hear the ocean waves or sat on the balcony for more ocean views. Fun place to people watch too. Peter was great and there were paper towels, soaps, some TP, laundry detergent etc which was convenient. We took an Uber from the airport for around $13 plus tip and ordered some groceries, etc from the Publix app & they delivered shortly after we arrived at the condo. There are some grocery stores nearby too. We loved walking everywhere and on the Broadwalk next to the ocean. So many cute little restaurants along that stretch. My husband used one of the bikes every day that Peter had there for our use. If you’re not a walker there’s a “circuit” car that will drive you to where you need to go for a couple dollars. There’s also a water taxi on the Intercoastal a few blocked away to check out some fancy homes and yachts and travel to nearby places. We definitely recommend Peters condo.

Wonderful Little Condo

Stayed here for a week in January 2017. The condo is exactly as advertised and just like in the pictures. Well maintained and super clean; well equipped and close to just about everything. Don't know that you could do better in Hollywood. Only one row back from the Hollywood Broadwalk, the condo is 1940's Art Deco on the outside and cozy modern on the inside. The curved wall of windows gets you an ocean view and a wonderful breeze most all the time. The condo has central air but we had it turned off all week. The front room is a combination livingroom, kitchen and dinning area. The island kitchen has nice cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances--including a dishwasher. Pretty much all the needed equipment is there: a nice selection of pots and pans, decent knives and flatware, plenty of plates, bowls and glassware. A stacked washer and dryer are in a cabinet across from the island. There is a tall dinning table by the curved windows, plus a small regular height table and a leather sleeper sofa. The ceiling has a fan and there is a small (shared) balcony off the room. The bedroom has a queen bed which is very comfortable, a flat screen TV, plenty of dresser storage and a ceiling fan. The bathroom--which is very small--has a shower. There is plenty of beach stuff (including a pair of bicycles) and lots of towels and spare linens. Peter was there to greet and show us the ropes. Super friendly, you can tell he cares about the place. I have to say again (because it's one of my big things): this condo is super clean. The condo is very easy walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, the water taxi--the beach. You do not need a car when you stay here. I will make one note about the location. The condo is right next door to Charnow Park, which is a very nice city park--but an active one. The park is popular and busy all day and oftentimes well into the early morning hours. What I'm saying is, if you're looking for peace and solitude on your beach vacation...this might not be the place. Me? We love the activity, we love Hollywood Beach--and we love this condo. We will definitely be back!

Gem on the Broadwalk

This small but well appointed condo was perfect for our two person get away. Peter was a great host, easy to get a hold off and very attentive. The condo faces the ocean and view from the living room/ dinning room and the balcony was perfect. The complex is vintage and very well maintain. It really gives you the feel of what the Hollywood area must have felt like in the 50's and 60's which is what my wife and I love about the area. It has yet to be taken over by glass towers and private beaches. To say vintage does not, however, mean old. Both the complex and the unit were clean and updated. The pool area was also great, private and good for a dip to cool off. We also liked that fact that it was minuets to the band shell with live music every night and an assortment of places to eat and drink, Definitely two thumbs up for that romantic get away.

Excellent location with a great view

Peter was great to work with. The property was perfect for 2 adults. View was phenomenal, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Everything you needed for the beach was provided with condo. Pool was spacious and clean and a great retreat from the beach.

The villa was everything as described and more. Great location for beach, and boardwalk. Lots to do within walking distance. Everything you need at the villa. The bikes and beach equipment were a great plus. Peter was a great host and made sure we had everything that we would need.

Great Location on Hollywood Boardwalk

We just returned from an 8 day stay at Peter's rental and loved everything about it. The weather was rainy but that did not keep us indoors. We loved being able to run, walk, and bike on the boardwalk. Peter greeted us on our arrival and quickly responded to any questions during our stay. We took his recommendations on restaurants, music, and the Shark Valley biking trip. Would definitely recommend his little condo that has a great swimming pool as well.

Close to nice beach; Excessive street noise late at night.

The 1bedroom apt was across the street from a lovely beach. The apt is NOT meant for 4 adults but rather for two adults and two children under 10 to fit comfortably. Unable to enjoy the ocean breeze and cool temps at night with the reviving of engines from drag racing on adjacent Main Street and squealing tires of cars leaving public garage across the street from apt. Never met owner but he was very responsive to text communications.

Beautiful property

Great for easy access to beach; chairs, umbrella, umbrella digger all available. Loved the peaceful sheltered pool area too. Very nice apartment interior - we felt photos didn’t do it justice. Stall shower small but every convenience worked well and hosts were very responsive.

RIGHT ON THE BEACH/BOARDWALK

This rental is literally right on the board walk and beach. Everything is right outside the front door, from the beach to restaurants to shops & snacks. Super clean and well furnished. Affordable and close to the beach. What more could you ask for?

I was born and raised in Hollywood and after traveling the world, it is still my favorite place on earth. My late father bought and renovated this beach house himself and was the heart of Hollywood where he life guarded on this beach in 1980.
I am honored to keep his tradition alive with 5 star service in hosting and making his beach house feel like your beach home away from home.

We have always loved Hollywood Beach and after living here for a few years decided to purchase and remodel this wonderful old 1940 style villa. Every day is unique when you live on the beach. Some of my most favorite things to look forward to is to walk to the fishing pier and back, bike early morning sunrise or while enjoying the early evening festivities and then swim in the heated uncrowded pool.

The views from every room in this 2nd floor villa is what makes it come alive. The morning sunrise will bathe your villa with balmy breezes and sunshine. You can even view the beach and sunrise while taking a shower. What is so nice about Hollywood Beach is it’s small town atmosphere and boardwalk views. You can get to just about anywhere in South Florida from here very easily, Key Largo is 1.5 hours south as well as the Florida Everglades and Naples
