Velkommen til vores Gulf Shores VRBO-ejendom ved Boardwalk, en lejlighed med en hyttefølelse i hjertet af denne topferie destination. Denne enhed på 3. sal sover 4 og har ekspansiv balkonudsigt over de sukkerhvide strande og den Mexicanske Golf.

Vores Condo er fuldt opdateret med flisegulve, granit bordplader og perleplade overalt samt et fuldt udstyret køkken med apparater i rustfrit stål. Soveværelset har en kingsize seng med en ny Sealy-topmadras, rummeligt skab, DVD-afspiller og 40 ”LED-fladskærms-tv. Stuen har en fantastisk vindueudsigt over bugten, 50 ”LED fladskærms-tv, DVD / stereo og en dronning sovesofa. Sovesofaen har et unikt "hverdagssofa" -design for at maksimere komfort uden fjedre! Dette nye design er uden tvivl det bedste sovesofonsystem, der findes. En stabelbar vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er også tilgængelige for din bekvemmelighed.

Denne Gulf Shores Condo ligger ved siden af Sea-n-Suds restaurant ved stranden og ligger i gåafstand fra The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenirbutikker, underholdning og yderligere restauranter. Talrige Gulf Shores og Orange Beach attraktioner er kun få minutter væk, herunder Lulu's, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall og det nye OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Everything was just as described and the owner was a good communicator. Very clean unit with a great view. Parking and getting in was seamless. The complex was well managed. We enjoyed our vacation!

Great experience

We were looking for something simple for 2 and this fit us just fine. Beach access was easy, location to good places to eat was easy. The AC blew cold cold! Howard always answered or called back within minutes when I called with a question!

Great location!

Location/balcony of this condo is amazing. Access to beach is unmatched. Limited amenities inside the condo, so be prepped beforehand. Howard communicates great and provided all necessary information needed to access the condo. Great for 2 people, you may be a bit cramped for space if staying as 4 adults

Great stay

This property was just as advertised. We received all the communication that we needed for our stay timely. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. We will certainly rent this unit again on our next trip.

A few days of rain. only missed one day out of 7 on the beach. Great food. Love the condo and location. The owner is wonderful.

5+ Stars All Day Long!

Great experience overall. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The condo itself is very clean and is perfectly located both on the beach and close to dinning and entertainment options. The owner, Howard, made every aspect of our stay seamless and easy. Very responsive and helpful. My wife and I will absolutely be coming back to this same spot!

Dependable Vacation Locat

The Boardwalk is in an excellent location on the beach with easy access to Sea ‘n Suds, an oyster bar! We have stayed in Howard’s properties many times and have never been disappointed. It is clean, well-kept and new updates are done when needed! He is responsive and answers any and all questions we have. We will certainly be returning to his property!

Perfection!

This property was perfect for us. Elevator takes you within a few steps of the rental. Inside is immaculate and the view from the balcony is just what we wanted. Nice breezes and beautiful white sand. The location is perfect as well. We walked to several restaurants. We want to go back!!

Yearly Gulf shores vacation.

We were very pleased with this rental experience. We had no issues with parking. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The view from balcony was gorgeous. The pool was nice with plenty of room around the deck. It was great having store across the street. The Sea ~N~Suds was right on the beach and had very good food. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!

We couldn't have found a more perfect location. The condo was perfect, had all the amenities. The only negative was the cleaning service. The bathroom floor was dirty and we had to wash the bed linens as they smelled gross. We would definitely use this unit again!

Relax

Beautiful view from the balcony, A/C was colder than Alaska in winter. Water temps were perfect, coming from a Jersey boy not liking our colder waters. A few minor issues but nothing worth complaining about here. All is good.😎

Relaxing vacation

The condo was beautiful and we couldn't have been more pleased. So convenient to everything and the view was beautiful. It had everything we needed. If I could make two minor suggestions though - the sink faucet is EXTREMELY high powered. It was almost impossible not to get water sprayed all over you when you turned it on. Also, it would have been nice to have filtered water in the door of the refrigerator, but that is just a luxury :). Overall, great stay and I would stay in the condo again.

Great location! Condo was as shown in listing.

Be sure to print out your own parking pass before you arrive. I did miss that on the communication so I had to contact owner, he responded right away and it was taken care of. Condo was very nice. Towels were supplied and very nice, however, only 2 facecloths in the unit so I purchased some for us to use. Door to deck could use some adjusting as it is very hard to open and close. Wi-Fi internet was very spotty! View was great and overall I would recommend!!

Perfect location, could use an update

Pros The location is perfect, the building isn't a high rise so the beach was never over crowded. The building is fairly clean and so was the condo. The condo with equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. The room was a perfect size for just me and my husband. Great view of the ocean and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Cons The room really needs a deep cleaning and new bedding and the building needs to be updated. We rewashed the sheets before going to bed because they had a couple stains. I also feel like if I need to take the trash out and start clothes before we leave, they should supply atleast provide 1 extra trash bag and laundry detergent. Overall it was a great vacation!

Our Boardwalk Stay

My wife and I spent a week at this condo. Location is great, near restaurants and shopping. Furnishings and décor were nice enough; the outdoor furniture on the balcony was better than many places we've stayed. We only had a couple of complaints, both of which have been mentioned in previous reviews. The king mattress was too firm for our liking and the tub drain was extremely slow. Otherwise, we were pleased with the rental. We found this unit to be a good overall value for what we paid. If I were renting during the peak season, I might be a little concerned about parking (the Sea -n- Suds uses this lot as well). There is an overflow lot across the street, but I would find that to be less than ideal. We were always able to park in the main lot, so no problems during our stay. We enjoyed our week here and would have no problem recommending this rental (with a caveat concerning the extremely firm mattress). The slow tub drain really should be fixed, however.

Nice place to stay

We just got back from our trip. We took our six-month-old on his first beach vacation. The condo is in a great location right by the beach with great views. It is nicely decorated with most amenities that you would want or need. The parking, as other reviewers have stated, is not ideal. We never had to park in the overflow lot across the street, but it was close a couple of times. They have plenty of carts to load/unload your luggage which was nice. The condo’s internet was really slow. We connected to the WiFi, which is supposed to be upgraded, but it was still very slow. Our phones had bad service in general at the condo. The grounds seem to be well kept and the pool seems to be clean. The hours for the pool are kind of strange as it doesn’t open until 10. The restaurant Sea N’ Suds was nothing special to us. It has good ratings, but it was crowded inside and is not very nice inside. The food was not bad, but not great either. He main grocery stores to choose from are Wal-Mart and Publix, which are both relatively close by. The door lock is just a keypad entry, which is nice so you don’t have to remember your key. All in all, I think that this condo is a good place to stay.

We vacationed in Gulf Shores for several years prior to purchasing our first beach front vacation rental condo at Boardwalk in 2012, and we instantly fell in love with this Alabama Gulf Coast paradise. We purchased a second unit at Boardwalk in 2018. We currently live in the Nashville, Tennessee area and plan to retire in Gulf Shores.

We think you’ll love the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area as much as we do. Our hope is for you to have a fantastic vacation experience while staying here, so much so you will want to come back and make more memories. We pride ourselves in offering great customer service with local management and maintenance contacts if needed.
