Beautifully decorated older home - hardwood floors throughout, very tall ceilings, comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and TP and paper towels provided - even had laundry detergent. Loved this neighborhood- many restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. Great communication from hostess. Weekend parking is super easy and right behind the home. Weekday parking is a bit more involved with an offsite location - but very close and easy to walk to - I recommend you find the offsite parking lot while it’s still daylight bc it was a little hard to find in the dark - but we found it - just wish I had scoped it out first in daylight.

Erin is a fantastic host. Cannot recommend enough. We rented it for graduation and loved every second of it. Wish we didn’t have to leave.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. Our host was very responsive and made our check-in process very smooth. We felt welcomed during our stay and confident that if there had been any issues, which there were none, our host would have addressed them immediately. I highly recommend staying here if visiting the NOVA/DC area. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved this Old Town gem!! Spacious, light and bright with historic charm and modern touches. Clean, comfortable beds, nice linens and beautiful furnishings. Also a bonus to have reserved parking! Erin was so welcoming and responsive. Was the perfect home base for our DC/Alexandria trip! In the center of Old Town, everything imaginable within walking distance, but remarkably quiet. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return! Thank you Erin! Cheers, Ann and Perry

Perfect location allowing access to the Metro and King Street. Parking can be tricky, many lots do not allow parking overnight, and this rental only has parking on Friday and the weekends. Plan ahead if you have a car. Otherwise, I 100% recommend this rental.

The home is as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need in a home away from home. The beds were all comfortable and all linens were provided (that’s not always the case). The kitchen is fully stocked from dishes and utensils to cookware and spices for cooking. The house is also in a perfect location, just around the corner from King Street which is the heart of Old Town. Getting into DC was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.
