Welcome to "A Wave From It All" @ Pinnacle Port. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is tucked away like a diamond in the ruff on the third floor @ Pinnacle Port Condominiums located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach Florida. The perfect gulf front retreat in the heart of the Florida Panhandle. Located within a private, gated community on the western edge of PCB. This beautifully decorated & updated condo offers stunning gulf front views, resort style amenities, and direct beach access. Everything you need to make it one unforgettable & one memorable vacation.
Pinnacle Port is in a very unique Beach location. The resort is tucked away on the quiet west end & far away from the hustle and bustle. The resort is far back from any noisy street and sits directly on the Gulf of America! It has a quarter mile of soft white sand to enjoy the moment you step out of the building- no boardwalks. The property is adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and a Bird Sanctuary which provides an additional half mile of completely undeveloped pristine beachfront to explore. On the back side of the condo, we border Lake Powell and have a fishing pier, boat dock and a boat launch which are all free to use! We border Carillon Beach Community which is a great place to take an evening stroll, visit the gift shops, dine out, or ride bikes. Resort amenities include two pools, four tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball court, grilling and picnic areas with charcoal grills, and a very nice playground for the children. There are separate men and women saunas, an exercise room, and free Wi-Fi. On-site rentals of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks are available. Our property is a gated community, and patrolled 24/7 by the security staff.
Convenient Location: We are only a few minutes from 30A and the quaint beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. We share location with Carillon community. Pier Park is 10 minutes away with all its restaurants, shops, Movie Theater, etc. We are 20 minutes to the airport. There are two large grocery stores located across from the security gate entrance. The outlet malls of Destin are about 30 minutes away.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If we don't have the signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made. There are no exceptions to our Spring Break rule.
For your protection & ours there is a Ring Camera on the front door that records video & audio. We do not allow covering the Ring Camera or tampering with the Ring Camera. This will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Parking is $30.00 per vehicle plus the credit card processing & technology fees. Guests will be responsible for registering their two vehicles prior to their arrival date. This unit has a two-car limit. No more than two vehicles will be allowed on property. No exceptions.
This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a charge of $500.00 will be charged. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500. All service animals & ESA animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This goes for visitors as well. This condo sleeps 6 people max. No exceptions. If the Fire Marshal is called to the unit, you will be responsible for the charge of him coming out & will be evicted immediately. No more than 6 people in the condo at any given time.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $500 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $500 fine.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
We respectfully ask that you do not move furniture or kitchens around. Please be respectful & keep things where you found them. If during the guest's checkout inspection if we notice this has been done additional charges will be applied.
The Rental Guardian Damage waiver included in the booking total only covers accidental damages. This insurance does not cover linen.
Example: comforters, encasements, mattress pads, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, & kitchen towels are not covered under the Rental Guardian Damage protection. If a guest damages any linen the guest will be charged & is responsible for covering the charge for each item that is damaged, stained, or missing.
