Overflow parking is allowed on the street. When street parking, all tires must remain on gravel, not on grass.

Please be respectful of our property and neighbors. Any damage caused by parking on grass may result in additional charges at checkout.

Any aspect of the home or property including but not limited to fire pit, electric burning stove, included amenities, appliances, etc. When you book you have accepted that you have read this and accept that renting the associated property carries certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless on behalf of you and any associated parties to hold the vacation rental its owners, cleaners, trades peoples and any other associate parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including attorney fees as a result of the use of the associated premises. You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Child Safety:
Please watch your children at all times for their safety.

Visitors & Noise:
- The maximum property capacity is 12people.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- Loud parties and events are strictly prohibited. The place is for guests only.
- Quiet time is after 10 p.m to 7am. Please refrain from making loud noises between these hours to respect our neighbors.

Smoking:
No smoking anywhere on the premises. If you smoke anywhere on the premise you will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fine plus any additional costs beyond that for damages.
This applies to smoking anything, weed, vaping, cigarettes etc.

Illegal Activity:
No illegal activity anywhere on the property.
This applies to drugs, internet activity etc.
Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules.
FAILURE TO OBSERVE ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES ABOVE WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM
$250 FINE.

Unauthorized late checkout: Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized departures after 10:30 AM may incur a late checkout fee of $50 per hour (or portion thereof), and guests may be responsible for any additional costs incurred if the delay affects cleaning or the next reservation.
