Welcome to White View Villa by Alex, a charming retreat with unique bioclimatic architecture and modern design, located in the picturesque village of Megala Chorafia.
Set on a private 200m² estate surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, the villa offers tranquility, comfort, and luxury in every corner.
5-minute walk from the village center with its mini-market, authentic tavernas, and local café where the smell of Greek coffee lingers in the air.
10 minutes drive from the sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea.
5 minutes drive from the archaeological site of Ancient Aptera, one of Crete’s most important historical treasures.
15 minutes from the port of Souda.
20 minutes from the Old Venetian Town of Chania, with its narrow alleys and colorful harbor.
25 minutes from Chania Airport.
And only 2 minutes from the national road, giving you easy access to explore all of western Crete.

Hi, I’m Alex – a local of this beautiful corner of Crete, where the mountains meet the sea and tradition lives on.

This villa was born from a dream shaped by my travels around the world. I’ve always searched for places that embrace nature, light, and silence. When I found this piece of land with mountain views and sea nearby, I knew it was the one. The cypress trees were planted by hand, and every stone and glass panel was carefully chosen to create a space that breathes with nature.
