House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these rules:
• Smoking indoors is prohibited – fine CZK 10,000
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed – fine CZK 15,000
• Parents are responsible for their children at all times
• Before leaving, please check all windows and doors are closed and electronic devices turned off
• Any damage to property must be reported immediately

Sauna
• 3 hours daily sauna use included
• Operated via control panel located directly on the sauna
• Additional usage over the limit is charged CZK 6 / kWh.

Wine Cellar
• Accessible through glass doors with a code lock
• Access code will be sent before your stay
• Wine list available
• Consumption will be charged after the end of the stay

Beer Tap
• Comes with built-in cooling
• 15L Pilsner Urquell kegs stored in the wine cellar
• Follow manual for tapping – located in kitchen drawer
• Video tutorial available on YouTube –> Lindr Pygmy 25/k
• Once tapped, keg lasts 2-3 days before beer may lose quality
• Consumption will be charged after the end of the stay

Pizza Oven
• Professional pizza oven
• Handmade pizzas available in the freezer
• Baking: Preheat oven to 220°C (indicator light off = ready), bake for 8-10 minutes
• Consumption will be charged after the end of the stay
