This is a beautiful unit and we have rented it multiple times. Check-in was extremely smooth and the communication was always very quick and pleasant. We highly recommend this unit and the Majestic Resort Tower 1 as a whole. The elevators are much faster compared to other condos we have stayed in and the grounds are always clean. The poolside bar/grill has excellent food and is very convenient. Security is also visible around the clock. The parking spot that comes with this unit is the definitely the BEST there is.

A very nice month long stay at Majestic Beaches

We had a very nice month long stay at Majestic Beaches. The views were awesome. I enjoyed the use of the fitness center as well. Thanks so much to Sue and the maintenance crew for their quick response to a few mechanical issues in the unit. We had a very relaxing month of “Snowbirding!”

Great Condo on the Beach

My friends and I stayed for spring break and our friend’s 21st birthday! We had an amazing time at this property. The hotel pools and bar were wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, this was a great stay and I will be coming back to the Majestic Beach Resort in PCB!!

Great Communication and Property!

September 2019 Stay

We have stayed at Majestic Towers numerous times and I have to say, this unit was one of the best. Very nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Book that Condo made it such a seamless process in and out. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful getaway at this unit. Everything was as pictured. My one and only complaint would be that our check in time was delayed and that was a hassle. But next time, i would pay for early check in. We will be back, for sure.

Great place! Only a couple issues!

This place was great! Has a lot of space & a pretty view! The only complaints we had were that in the guest bedroom the sheets were not clean and we had to request new ones, and the bed was super squeaky to the point it was hard to sleep. Other than that, it was great!

Pcb 2024 majestic

Check in to the condo was the latest I have ever had to wait at any resort. It was 5 pm before we could check in. The kitchen is very small. The master bedroom was very nice.

Peaceful

The unit was well stocked with basics. Very clean. Reserved parking was a plus . The only strange thing was sitting on the porch at night, all the smokers outside their units below floor 13 would overwhelm you at times.

Nice place

It was nice. The parking garage is a bit of a walk, Especially while having to carry items to/from the car. There are cars available but again, it’s a long way there and back to get one. The elevators are very busy and it takes a while to get one especially during busy times. (They really should think of putting a fan in them, it’s very hot in there). I’ve been to several places in Florida and I would say this one is better suited for those with younger teenagers/young adults. Overall it was a beautifully decorated condo with a wonderful view.

Girls Trip 2023

Place was clean upon arrival except a used razor in one of the showers. A drain in one of the tubs in bathroom were clogged by what looked like sunflower seeds. The bed in the guest bedroom is extremely hard. Everything else was okay. Master bedroom is nice, bed is comfortable. Couch bed is comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with utensils.

It lacked some necessities( spatulas, updated cookware) in the kitchen for cooking. The property management was terrific. They updated us every step of the way before, during and after our vacation. We had a wonderful vacation at this unit and the ease of the checkin and checkout and professionalism of the property management will definitely bring us back!

Great stay on the beach

A beautiful condo on the beach with all the comforts you need for your vacation stay (except beach towels…. Don't forget to bring those). The beds are very comfortable, the bath products smell amazing, and the place is clean, modern, and safe. It was a hassle to go through the 20 some pages of contract that had to be printed and faxed in (couldn't be done electronically) which I felt was excessive, but other than that, the rental company was very responsive and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and they reaplmddd timely. They have you download an app for communication, and then also send you texts and emails, which is a bit much, but I guess it's way better to be overcommunicative than under! Thank you for the work you did to make our 2 night stay comfortable and safe!

Amazing stay and amazing Condo A++++

This was absolutely the best stay I have had in a condo from start to finish. First the condo was crystal clean. There were no smells or odors of any kind. The beds were firm but not too firm and ample supplies in the kitchen. The view was spectacular from the balcony and I loved the height of the chairs. The location of the condo was convenient as well being on the east end of PCB but not too far away. I can imagine the elevators being a problem in the summer months but it was a breeze in September. The reserved parking is solid gold and you couldn't ask for a better spot. Easy to get to and from the beach and the 2 pool areas were nice as well. My only complaint is the idiots who smoke on the balconies. It is disgusting to smoke period but especially the devils lettuce. Nino e wants to smell you smoking weed and it's illegal last time I checked. If I owned the condo I would put a camera on the balcony and if I caught any renters smoking you would be out the door asap no refunds. The security at the resort was great as well. There are rules and they enforce them. I would love to stay here again

Beautiful vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and clean, with comfy beds, spacious, well-appointed bathrooms, and a kitchen containing almost everything we needed for our stay. We liked the fact that it was behind a second door, too, because it added privacy and quiet. The building itself is very sturdy and noise-proof – we were never bothered by street noise or other tenants. And you can't beat the convenience of being right on the beach, within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and having multiple pools at your disposal! It's PCB, so it's crowded, but everyone we met was friendly and helpful, both other guests and building staff. (We had to call Book That Condo after hours for help with something, and they were courteous and friendly.) Literally our ONLY complaint was how infernally slow the elevators are, but even that created opportunities to bond with strangers, lol. Also, make sure you go in the correct tower; there are two, and it can get confusing from the 3rd-floor loading area (where you can pick up a luggage cart to bring your stuff inside). All in all: beautiful condo, beautiful view from the deck, beautiful white sand, beautiful sparkling clear water. We'll definitely be back next year for another beautiful vacation!!
