The space
This 3-story home offers a spacious and comfortable layout, perfect for large groups and families. The 1st floor includes a cozy living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals together. A mudroom and laundry room with washer and dryer provide extra convenience. The 1st floor also has a half bathroom.
The 2nd floor features two wings:
Right Wing: A lounge area with a sofa, leading to the orange room with 2 twin beds, and a grey room with 2 full-size beds, followed by another room entered from the grey room with a full-size bed. The grey room has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Left Wing: A red room with a queen-size bed and a private full bathroom with a bathtub, followed by a room with a twin-on-twin bunk bed and another room with a twin bed.
On the 3rd floor, you'll find two wings as well:
Left Wing: A room with 2 twin-on-twin bunk beds, and a lounge area with a full bathroom. This lounge leads to a room with a queen-size bed.
Right Wing: A room with 2 twin beds, and a lounge area with a full bathroom. The lounge leads to a bedroom with 2 full-size beds.
Please note that the Back Bedrooms in both the Right and Left Wings on the 2nd floor require passage through the adjacent bedrooms to reach them.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all areas of the home, including the spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and mudroom. Enjoy the laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. You can explore all the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and relax in the cozy lounges in both wings. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces and common areas as well. Please note that some storage spaces and utility areas are private and not for guest use.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed with prior approval for a $300 fee. Please notify us if you plan to bring any.
We require a security deposit (amount depends on the length of stay). Please watch for a message with payment instructions.
This property is perfect for families but not suitable for rowdy parties or outside guests without prior approval.
