What a beautiful home! The furnishings were beautiful and the location to the beach was enjoyed every morning. Anything you needed was in close proximity to the home. We dined in restaurants in both Naples and Fort Myers. If you're looking for the perfect location for your family and friends, this is it!!

Lina was extremely responsive and available with any questions that we had prior and during our stay. She made it possible for us to enjoy the day at the beach before our 4pm check in. At a nominal fee, she even provided the late check out we needed.The property is located in a perfect spot for beach lovers. The ease of being able to go back to the house when need and just walk across to see the sunset was amazing. It is also sandwiched between the bay and the beach. We were in walking distance to be able to rent a boat and explore the bay.The house itself is beautiful and well appointed. Lina provides beach chairs, beach towels, a grill, and a fully stocked house of luxury amenities.One last key piece of this property is the apartment downstairs can be rented separately. It is perfect for quick getaway!

Our stay at Bonita Beach was exceptional. I was initially a little nervous since this property is new to VRBO and had no reviews yet, but my concerns disappeared the moment we arrived.The house is in a fantastic location with a beautiful ocean view and just steps from beach access #8 to Barefoot/Bonita Beach. We drove over to Sanibel Island during our stay and actually had better luck finding shells on Bonita beach. There's a boat rental nearly next door that was extremely handy for a day on the water.The property is in pristine condition and had everything we needed. It has a well-equipped kitchen, tons of towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, paddle boards, and a BBQ. There was a ton of space to spread out and relax. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is in a separate living space on the main floor. It's connected to the rest of the house through the garage, with its own living room, kitchen, and laundry. This worked out fantastically for us, as my daughter and son-in-law loved having their own space. We did generally use the laundry space on the main floor more as it was super convenient after beach time. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was truly our privilege to stay at this property for five days over Christmas, and we highly recommend it.
