Here is a run down:

1. Master Main level - King Bed with on suite full bathroom
2. Office bedroom - Queen Bed - Murphy bed
3. Downstairs is a bedroom with pool table and bunk beds and Queen sofa bed
4. Upstairs has a bedroom with king bed

Also, upstairs loft are has a queen bed and a twin but not a technical bedroom.

A Note About the Loft:
Our loft is a cozy, charming space, but please keep in mind the stairs are original to the home. They’re a bit steeper than modern stairs, though perfectly safe and built to the standards of their time. The landing also has a small step down. We encourage extra care when going up or down, and if you have little ones, a baby gate or close supervision is recommended.
