This special place in Treasure Island is nestled between Blind Pass and Sunset Beach. The 1 Bedroom Condo is comfortable, stylish and well equipped for a remote working stay or a vacation. You cannot beat the location, only 1 block from Sunset Beach & your backyard is the Intercostal Waterway! This is `The Spot` to step out and explore Treasure Island or for a quick stroll over the bridge to St. Pete Beach.

This second floor condo has an open living concept with a modern well equipped kitchen and a built in counter bar for dining. The living room has a comfortable couch and full size fold down Futon to relax and watch TV. The bedroom is a Queen suite with plenty of room for clothing and personal affects. A modern full size bathroom with a large custom tile shower, sliding glass doors and large sink vanity with lighted mirror.

The complex`s backyard is directly on the Intercostal Waterway offering guests views of nature and watercraft cruising by and you will have use of the fishing dock. The front window has a view is of the Intercoastal Waterway and the Marina across from the waterfront park.

We supply high speed Wi-Fi and complimentary beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy. There is also parking for one vehicle.

You have access to the property for relaxing, bbq and dock fishing.

Laundry is coin operated.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

Watch the watercraft comings and goings, bring your favorite beverage, stroll to many local eateries in Treasure Island and just over the bridge to St Pete Beach, and be in the middle of all of the activities this vibrant coastal community has to offer.

With a 30 day stay this is the perfect place for remote workers, contract nurses and professionals with everything you need for your home away from home.

Please note the condo is located on the second floor - no elevator - stair access only so you must be able to climb stairs.

This is a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. The condo is not intended to be used as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.

- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
