Excellent view

Our family had a delightful stay here. My children thoroughly enjoyed the view, and I appreciated the proximity to the beach. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Wonderful condo! So close to the beach! Loved every bit of it! Will make this an every summer trip! Loved it!

Cute Condo - Sketchy Neighborhood

The condo itself was cute and comfortable, but the back porch light is missing and the TV’s did not offer a streaming service making options very limited. There are obvious foundation issues across the property with sections of concrete cut out in the hallways and replaced with heavy plywood. The elevator is slow, shaky, noisy, and just scary as Hell. We would not stay here again unless the property underwent a major remodel.

Beautiful view

We have been coming to North Beach for our vacations for 7 years. We always stay at Villa Del Sol. We loved staying in this condo. We had a small issue upon arrival, contacted the host and he replied quickly and took care of it right away. The view is beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony at night just listening to the ocean waves, they are very calming. The Lexington and Texas State Aquarium are within 5 minutes driving distance and our favorite restaurant Blackbeard's.I would say the one thing that was a bummer is that there was no oven. Before our check in, we stopped by HEB to purchase some food to cook and a couple frozen pizzas but there was no oven to cook them in. It wasn't a deal breaker for us though and we'd definitely stay in this condo again in the future (if it's available).
