One complimentary parking pass is provided for the resort`s secured lot for the duration of your stay. Should you require parking for additional vehicles, nearby public parking is available for a fee, subject to availability.

**Amenity Limitations**
Please be aware that access to the resort restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are amenities reserved for property owners and are not available to rental guests.

**Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, kitchen towels, and toiletries to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

**Recreational Vehicles**
Per Resort Policy, no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s are allowed on the resort premises.

**Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver**
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

**Parking Limitations**
No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
