The owner gave me a partial refund when I spent 30mins in the unit! It was infested with flies and a very unpleasant odor! Do NOT BOOK FROM THIS HOST!

This is a spacious unit and located in a nice area of town. The unit was true to the pictures. The description was slightly misleading: While it did have an AC unit in the living room, it was not very strong and not very cool, so the bedroom and kitchen were incredibly warm. There were two fans in the unit that we both positioned in the bedroom, which made it tolerable. I had to request check-in instructions and the process for getting in with the code was not as described (had to call the unit contact to get exact directions). Please note that this unit is on the 3rd floor and the steps are narrow and steep. We are fit so it was not a problem for us but can see it being an issue for some.

Great third floor walk up located near so many places to visit. Disappointed that I did not pay attention that parking was a paid garage a couple of blocks from the rental. Luckily, everywhere I wanted to go was within walking distance. There is no light switch on the top floor for the stairs and the unit is lacking in power outlets. Otherwise the place was great and the host was wonderful at communicating.

We had a great stay! The space is beautiful. It is a GREAT location. I will say, from a recommendation stand point, I would include info about the hefty flight of stairs to get to the unit, haha. Also, I would also highly recommend more outlets, in general, but esp the bedroom. I also would recommend either telling guests to bring their own extra blankets or maybe provide some additional blankets. Thank you so much!

Fun weekend in OTR neighborhood!

Perfect location for a weekend stay, great food and entertainment within walking distance. Family and dog friendly neighborhood with great parks!

Weekend in Cincy

Stayed the weekend here for baseball games. Clean, quiet stay. Location is great! Easy walking or using scooters to get around. Would stay again.

Location was good. Within walking distance for the events we came for in OTR. No parking on the streets, but we found the A&D Parkhaus garage pretty close and it was just fine. I really appreciate our host allowed us to arrive early without any issues.The apartment itself was clean and decent. I want to warn people about the stairway up to the 3rd floor. Now, I understand it’s an old building and I fully expected steep stairs. But, anyone with even minor mobility issues would struggle with the steps. Yes, the unit has A/C but the wall unit didn’t come close to keeping the entire apartment cool. There was a lack of outlets too. If you need to plug in a CPAP (like my husband does) there is not one close to the bed. There were not hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen but there were plenty of washcloths and bath towels. Paper towels worked! There was also not extra toilet paper, but we had brought our own.It was a good place to lay our heads for a couple of nights. If you don’t mind the steep stairs and the lack of electric plugs, then it will be fine for you! I really like the full length mirror in the bedroom. That was a nice touch.

The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean with a lovely view of the Cincinnati skyline. Ziegler Park is 3 blocks away, lovely (with a public pool and playground), and we enjoyed walking to shops, bakeries, and coffee. If you like to walk, Findlay Market is under a mile from the apartment.The apartment is advertised as having a sleeper sofa. It is a loveseat and was too short for our 5 ft 3 daughter even when the extra section was pulled out. We found sheets, but there were no extra pillows or blankets. You cannot park on the street in the neighborhood which I did not know until after I booked the apartment. We parked in a garage about 4 blocks away. While there is a kitchen, it could be better equipped-only 1 mug, no dish towels or cutting board.
