One dog may be allowed with prior approval; a $199 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets = $500 fine. Dogs must be leashed outdoors and crated indoors if left alone. No aggressive behavior or excessive barking allowed. Guests must clean up after pets or incur additional cleaning charges. This home is located on a 2-acre shared property with other residences that may host families or pets. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Lost or missing remotes will incur a $25 replacement fee.
