Welcome to our newest addition to the Next Stay Vacation Rentals family of magnificent homes.

This 11 Bedroom huge mansion home is the perfect getaway for a large family retreat. Situated in the Premier resort of Encore at Reunion, this property is perfectly located close to the attractions along with plenty of options for restaurants, shopping, and more.

Step inside this massive almost 5500 Sq foot masterpiece and enjoy the open main floor floor plan with equisite kitchen, living and dining area and large patio doors looking out at the covered porch and beautiful pool area.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

Host interaction was very good. Home amenities were insufficient, e.g. no washcloths, no shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap.

The cleaning company also takes photos of these items for reference. If you ever notice anything missing or have any concerns when you arrive, please feel free to let your host know right away so it can address right away. We didn’t hear from you during your stay. Relaxing weekend

Management staff was very responsive to every question and need. The pool was where we interacted most and the plus was having it heated especially during the cold spell. The house backs up to the highway and it can be noisy from the traffic. The listing stated king beds in every room but 3 of them. However, there were actually 3 queen beds and only 1 king on the 1st floor. The furniture is worn but it would not take much to bring it back to contemporary standards. Overall, we had a great family time.

We went our entire vacation with no internet, no tv, and no pool, pool wasn’t filtering, pool heat wasn’t working. They blamed the heat and pool pump on the internet being down but didn’t do a thing about fixing it. They refunded the pool heat but nothing for the rest of the inconvenience. We rented a house with pool and jacuzzi and tv’s because we planned on using them. Very frustrating and disappointing, I would recommend staying away from this property.

Upstairs rooms were very warm and air conditioner could not cool them down. Was noisy at night with the highway behind the house. Pool was nice but it took three days to get the pool heated. The spa was supposed to be heated as well, but it was the same temperature as the pool. Rooms were clean and space was good for our group.

However, we're sorry that you experienced discomfort due to the temperature in the upstairs rooms - as we had previously mentioned that you could reach out if you experienced any concerns. Since we have not heard from you, we assumed everything was satisfactory. Noise from the highway - we unfortunately don't have control over the noise from the highway, and delays with heating the pool and spa? Most of our homes use one heater for both the pool and the spa. Some guests refer to it as a jacuzzi or hot tub, but it's actually a spillover spa. If you’d like the spa to be warmer than the average temperature, pool heating will need to be turned on. We do mention this in the check-in details and before your arrival and on how the spa works. Best regards, Carl and team

Nice house but unfortunately we had many issues from the first day of our stay. Check in was at 4 but house keeping were still in house cleaning when we arrived at 5pm didn't enter till 6. There is false advertisement in the size of beds in the home. There were supposed to be 9 king beds in the home but unfortunately there were only 5 king beds. Luckily all of our family weren’t able to make it or we would’ve been out of room for everyone to sleep. There were linens and comforters still dirty, garbage disposal still had old food in it which left the sink leaking, pool lights were out, pool jets were shooting up instead of our and were never fixed before we left, grill was dirty had to call to get replaced even after we had to pay 100 to even have it, some toilets were still dirty around rim, trash left in movie room, upstairs mini fridge was dirty and plastic left inside, chicken wing bones left on floor in master bedroom under lamp stand, step duct taped together instead of getting fixed which is a hazard, chairs in kitchen were stained and curtains were broke. Even though the team replaced majority of items it was still an inconvenience as these things should have been taken care prior to our stay. There was no offer for partial refund due to all of the inconveniences we had to go through. Once again nice home but needs more attention when families leave the home to be ready for next family stay. No one should have to deal with everything we went through during our stay.

There was plenty of room for us but the floor downstairs was dirty. My 2-year-old and 7-year-old granddaughters' feet were filthy and so was mine. They didn't mop. the last bedroom upstairs on the left with the balcony had dirty sheet and pillowcase with make up on it.

This property is very deceiving. It doesn’t look like it appears on the Verbo site very very extremely dirty. The rugs in this property are very dirty. They need to be taken up and thrown out and re-carpet it. I had to go in there and get on my knees and clean spot mop all the dirt marks on each carpet in each room broken furniture pee, stains on the chairs in the main living room and oil and dirt stains on the dining room table chairs very filthy old wooden chips, furniture that look out dated, I was extremely embarrassed for my guest that came along with me. It was not worth the money I paid,broken garbage can in the kitchen. One of the toilets was clogged up on the first floor level. The media room needs new lounging chairs. They were so old that I had to put towels on the back of the headrest because the leather was wore out and had big spots and stains all over the media room furniture. This is a property that you do not want to rent. You will be highly upset and disappointed. I will never use this host property ever again.
I had to get on my knees and spot mop all the dirt stains that was so visible that I was too embarrassed to allow my guest to enter in to see them
