The 2 bathrooms come equipped with towels and a hair dryer for your convenience. In the back field and within view are the honey bees hard at work. You will see other animals too. - Handicap accessible: step-free access inside and outside. Master bedroom and bath have handicap amenities also.
- Fenced-in area outside is assessable for pets.
- Other animals can be seen next door (goats, pigs, chickens, turkey, ducks, birds, etc.).
- Honey bees and wildlife: Catch a glimpse of a deer, rabbits, squirrels and other wildlife in the back field near the bee hives.

Other things to note
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- No parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and a photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Exterior security is offered with both outside entrances having a security camera
- Dogs must be well-mannered, house-trained, or left outside in fenced-in area of yard. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Dogs should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and are liable for any damages caused by pets.
- No cats as some guests may have a cat allergy
- Dog restrictions due to insurance purposes: No dog with any bite history, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or any mix thereof. No dogs over 50 lbs. No more than two dogs allowed.
