Take in the warm glow from the fireplace or catch up with friends and family as you watch your favorite TV show on the big screen 4K HDTV! The living room also features a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for added sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is sure to be a delight for the chef in the family offering beautiful granite countertops and new Whirlpool appliances and a built in Beverage Refrigerator. A washer and dryer can also be found on this level for your convenience. Grab a beverage and relax on the screened in porch in the comfort of your very own house on the Lake! Then step outside on the deck and fire up the grill after a long day of playing on the lake or exploring natures beauty in Land Between the Lakes!
Travel upstairs to retire to either of the 2 bedrooms located on this level, one offering a king-size bed with a Sleep Number Bed, while the other bedroom offers 2 full-sized Serta mattresses. Both bedrooms feature a HDTV and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guests are provided with a complimentary membership which entitles you to use of any of the properties 3 pools and fitness room. Bring your boat and launch at the on-premise launching ramp, transient boat slips are available for rent. No Boat? No Problem. Rent a pontoon boat or a kayak to explore in full the beauty of the Lakes with family and friends. The kids will love a trip to town or around the Resort in a golf cart which are available for rent from the Resort. Visit nearby shops and attractions including Patty’s Settlement and Lighthouse Landing. Dine at one of the great restaurants on resort property or in Grand Rivers. From Fine Dining to pizza and burgers or an ice cream stand, food choices are plentiful. The Arts & Crafts Community in nearby Paducah in its historic downtown is a great quick trip for the art or culinary lover. Minutes from Land Between the Lakes, a National Recreation Area great for hiking, biking, fishing and off-roading.

This is a non-smoking unit and does not accept pets. The owner of this unit occasionally brings their own pet. Our housekeepers work very hard, but we cannot fully guarantee a pet-allergy safe experience.
