Host Giuditta was great, very helpful, even helped me find a dentist. She was very prompt to answer any questions.The property is awesome. The floor-to-ceiling window views of the city and harbor are stunning, particularly at sunset. We also enjoyed the balcony its small table and chairs.The kitchen is very well stocked. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are comfortable. The Internet works well. The washer is good (no dryer). The complex has a pool and a gas BBQ grill, which. we used several times. There is also a small exercise room.There are plenty of linens and pool towels, sun umbrella, beach chairs.Overall the condo is a great value. The only negative, to me, is that it is not walking distance to any stores or restaurants, however we had planned to have a car anyway so this was not an issue.

The host of the property is beyond excellent!! She responds with extreme velocity, which I respect. She is very thorough and detailed in her communications. The place was very spacious, extremely comfortable, very clean, hate guarded, laundry in condo. The views from the master and spacious balcony are incredible!!! Very close to everything. Rent a car, easy to drive there. Her restaurant recommendations were the best! She has a friend, Andrea, who runs a glamping camp on the island close by and he provided is a great day long experience, kayaking, SUP, Snorkeling, Fishing all in one day. Private boat and private bay on the island! Incredible price!!! Andrea also connected us to an amazing fishing captain (Blas) through Nicola. We fished 3 days straight, Blue Marlin, Dorado, Jack, Skipjack, Thresher and more! She has everything you need in the condo, towels, beach chairs, all cooking supplies necessary and a recyclable 5 gallon water system, you just exchange the empty for a full at one of a 10000 OXXO (7-eleven) mini marts nearby. The gym is next to the gorgeous pool! She schedules the grill for you on demand. She always answered my questions about everything within minutes. Heading back in November!! La Paz is a beautiful, safe, family oriented medium size town. The Malacon is the most beautiful I have strolled yet in Mexico. The Cathedral and Mission are a must see. And the Museum. Waters are gorgeous. The host made the entire experience flow like water. Best, Craig 2 :)

Excelente ubicación, la vista es hermosa, la cocina del condominio cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. Fácil acceso al condominio. Excelente comunicación, la anfitriona está a solo un text de distancia para resolver dudas o pregunta. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme con ella.

Nice condo

Overall a very pleasant stay for 2 weeks. Minor glitch to start as the unit number on the confirmation sheet was not the number of the condo. Fortunately, from other reviews I knew it was on the 3rd floor, so I tried doors until I found 1 that opened! Condo was much as described and pictures. TV was local only for much of the stay until owner had new TV installed. Wifi was good when it worked but dropped several times a day. A shortcoming we overlooked before renting, the kitchen is well equipped but does not have an oven which we would have used during our stay. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Views are great and location is convenient.

Beautiful view and responsive manager

Very nice and comfortable apartment with lots of gear in the kitchen. The view is fantastic. Had some problem with the internet but Giudetta was right on it and we did find a solution.

Beautiful little house

Great place, very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful view. The owner responded immediately when contacted. The only issue I had was the intermittent internet service. Property was advertised with wifi but router would just disappear for periods of time. Owner sent a message prior to our arrival that internet was in and out due to this being Mexico but the router (located elsewhere in the building) would disappear so it is obvious a hardware issue. Otherwise a perfect property. I would also like to mention that they have everything you need to go to the beach available in the house. Great place as long as you don't need internet for work.

Spacious Gem

Property owner was easy to get ahold of and provided all pre trip details for us. Couple of minor issues at the condo (Mx water tanks to be filled and wifi ) which was rectified in a timely manner by the property manager. Great view, a few other VRBO’ers so easy to meet people (if you want). The only con, which we knew going in was the pool is not heated during the winter months. Pros; kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms stocked, beach attire stocked and everything was clean and decor was pleasant. Secure parking space, the gym was basic but totally able to get a workout in every morning and it’s a short (warm up) walk to the melecon outdoor gym. Highly recommend this place :)

Great View

The best thing about this property is the wonderful view of the city and gorgeous sunsets. There was no printed information given with: how to use the washer/dryer machine (w/ Spanish labels), where to put the garbage, notes to renters that the doors to the gym and roof were locked and not accessible to us, or helpful suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping in town etc. (as many VRBO rentals have). The kitchen faucet was literally hanging into the sink by the water lines, so it took two of us to wash dishes (one to hold the faucet up while the other rinsed, washed hands etc.) The owner wrote that she noted it in December, wasn't aware that it hadn't been repaired, but didn't want to disturb us by fixing it during our stay. There was no WiFi service at all. (Yes, we know this is Mexico--a county and people that we love--but the lack of WiFi service should be clearly stated in the VRBO description.) The fact that there is no access to the roof and gym should also be clearly stated to potential renters. There were rips and stains in the foam living area furniture cushions, but they were covered by blue sheets. We enjoyed the comfortable patio furniture and, of course, the lovely views. Uber was a reliable and inexpensive way to get into town.

Thank you for your review. I m surprised you did not contact me , the owner, or the manager on site for the internet password. You should have seen the router near the washing machine. It s actually brand new and really fast. If says it in the description of the apartment that there is WiFi. Why waiting to write it in the review at the end instead of asking me? I would have done it immediately. I m sorry for the inconvenience. Same for the instructions for the washing machine. Very easy to use and the instructions could have been sent to you via email after googling the model. It s a basic washing machine combined with dryer with 4 programs in total . As far as the couches covers , they are white, wrong choice when we furnished the place. They are clean by stained because people love to eat and drink on sofas. The cotton covers keep the pillows cool even when the air conditioning in not on. Rips are due to washing them many times and putting them back on. The gym key is in the keychain with the others, if not, can be provided upon request by the manager. The roof is not accessible because previous guests of the building have not respected the rules and trashed the barbecue and the tables. It is not mentioned in the listing that there is access to the roof. The sink has been signaled to the manager a while ago. We had a guest staying for 4 months until April this year and I though the manager took care of it since I mentioned it to him at the end of December after I stayed myself . My bad . Since you said you are yourself a property owner, I suggest next time you contact me before complaining at the end about things that can be easily fixed during the stay. Regards Giuditta

A lovely condo, very bright and cozy, close to town with an amazing water and city view.

The condo was well stocked for a good time at the beach and well equipped for cooking meals. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and clean overall. The balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows were a nice touch, too. Very close to everything, we enjoyed our stay and would return again. The pool was not heated (too cold for off season swimming), and the jacuzzi was just as cold as the pool - so no hot tub.

Try it, you will LOVE it!

Beautiful condo with outstanding Bay views. Fully furnished, wi-fi, satellite TV with US cable channels. Even beach chairs and insulated beach bags. Could not ask for any more, lots of coffe table type books along with plenty of bookshelf novels. Pool, Jacuzzi,plenty of lounge chairs in the pool area, even a BBQ grill. Covered parking,close to everything. We will be back next year, it's far better than any hotel.

Great place to stay in La Paz

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in La Paz. The location provides a great view and is close to all the man attractions. A car is recommended, but parking is excellent (shaded) and assigned. Eduardo was a big help getting settled and we had no problems or issues with the condo, exactly as described online. Hope to be back in the not too distant future....

Spectacular view

The views from the condo are amazing every night. The unit is well stocked if you want to cook, and we do. Water pressure is fine, and two showers will not deplete the water heater. Wine glasses are in short supply, but small water glasses worked just fine. There are plenty of plates, mugs, silverware etc. The beds are comfy. Mercado Bravo has the best fish and shrimp. Don’t miss the organic market on Maduro Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9-1. Be sure to meet Silvia at the stand cooking sausages and you may get invited to her monthly dinner at her beautiful home. It’s a great place to meet other gringos. We had her sausages three times in our two and a half week stay. Her sons who are cooking sausages at the market will also make you a sausage sandwich on the spot. Or opt for the porketta sandwich. Yum! We liked Nomada (near the organic market), Dulce Roman Panaderia and Maria California for breakfast. McFisher has excellent tacos and Bismarck on the Malecon is great for people watching. Hungry for a burger? Las Tres Virgenes next to Aramburo market on Maduro has the best, and they’re huge. Uber is in La Paz, but our driver didn’t know how to find us because our street has no name yet. A nice guy down the street talked to the driver in Spanish and got him up to our place. He then got lost trying to find Silva’s place and had to call her for directions. People in La Paz are kind, generous and so helpful. If you want to enter a busy stree, someone will stop for you so you can go. Stop for pedestrians if they even look like they want to cross the street. And never come to a complete stop at a stop sign; you’ll be rear-ended! Most of all, enjoy this beautiful community.

We loved the apartment

My husband, adult daughter, and I spent one month in this condo and had a great time. The location was excellent. We had a vehicle and it was a quick drive to get the malecon, restaurants, the city center, and supermarkets. We did walk up and down a couple of times but the hill really was painful! The apartment was well equipped although there is no oven, just a stove-top. We didn't really want to cook -- the La Paz restaurant scene is too good. Because we were there for a full month, we hired the housecleaner who usually cleans between guests to come in and do a mid-stay touch-up and she was great. The property is well maintained. Manuel is the one who meets and greets and turns over keys. He was very helpful and went out of his way for us a couple of times. We'll fondly remember our many evenings sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down over the La Paz bay.

Great views and location

My wife and I stayed here for several nights. The condo is amazing, being newly built, everything works as designed. We are walkers, so we didn't mind it being above town. Others might want to rent a car. Both the owner and manager were great to deal with and super friendly. In fact, the manager picked us up when we arrived, and dropped us off when we departed. We had a fabulous time staying here.

Simply perfect!

My wife and I spent 1 month in this unit last year and we couldn’t ask for more. Close to the centre, the malecon and the beaches, the condo is new and very clean. There is a pool, Jacuzzi, gym and a BBQ. The apartment is comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped with everything you may need.The view is outstanding. Sit on the balcony with a drink watching an amazing sunset is such a perfect end of the day . Highly recommended! We’ll be back soon

Unbeatable view at unbeatable price - Will come again!

We spent a week in La Paz - me and my three lady friends - last winter and we felt very much home in this nicely furnished apartment. Just the right size for the four of us, with all the amenities and features you need to just have a good and relaxing time. Not to mention those of the condo: Jacuzzi, pool, gym… The view is just breathtaking, it felt so good being there and sip on our homemade margaritas watching the landscape that we spent much more time at home than what we could possibly imagine! Great View! Wonderful Ammenities

The condo is located in a safe, gated area. The view of the bay is amazing. Our family had a wonderful time, our experience well exceeded our expectations. The condo was well-maintained; amenities include a gym, pool, and Jacuzzi. The condo had everything we could need during our stay. We had a lovely time and felt right at home! I highly recommend this property, will definitely go again!

I ve been coming to La Paz every year in summer for many many years. Fell in love with it and finally found the property I was looking for.
Spacious, comfortable and modern, i use it myself a few times a year and i furnished and equipped with anything you might need.
