Note that some community amenities come at an additional charge.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully explore the area. The home has free, on-site parking space for up to five vehicles - street parking is okay, but roads are narrow so parking in the garage and driveway is encouraged.



Other Things to Note:

- Pool Heating is NOT INCLUDED. It is available for $35 per night and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Please note that pool heating will only be available for stays from October-April! Please message us at least 1 week prior to check-in in order to get this added! Please also note the hot tub/jacuzzi can be heated and used at leisure whether the pool is heated or not. The add-on is for heating only the pool water.

- The clubhouse does not offer rentable tennis equipment. We recommend bringing your own equipment to play.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip; should you need to consume more, there are local supermarkets nearby.
