Højsæson satser er ALLE INKLUSIVE! Rengøring og sengetøj inkluderet! Ingen skjulte gebyrer. 3 dages minimum i off season 7 dages minimum i midten og højsæsonen.

Kom og nyd vores smukke hjem med smukke oceanfront solopgange og lyd side solnedgange. Det er det bedste fra begge verdener! Du vil elske at tilbringe dine dage på stranden og dine nætter griner med venner i dette familievenlige 5 soveværelse, 4 badeværelser ved stranden.

Vi har forsøgt vores bedste for at give vores hjem alt, hvad du behøver for en nem familieferie.
Carport område - Helt overdækket elevator adgang til stueetagen. Stort opbevaringsskab fyldt med sandlegetøj, strandstole, parasol og plads til at gemme og låse dine cykler.

1. sal - Et fuldt udstyret køkken med alt hvad du behøver for at forberede familie måltider. Spisebord til sæde 8 plus 4 ekstra barstole og en høj stol. Komfortabel stue med udsigt over det endeløse hav. Dronning soveværelse med smuk lyd udsigt. Privat adgang til badeværelset med stallbruser.
Hall closet med nogle fornødenheder som ekstra lyspærer, røgdetektor batterier, pudder og kost, WetJet, Shark hårdt træ vakuum.

2. sal - Oceanfront 2. soveværelse med dæk at sidde og slappe af mens du nyder udsigten i private. King size seng, fladskærms-tv med Roku. Privat badeværelse med badekar og bruser. Pack-n-play i skabet.
Oceanfront soveværelse med dobbeltseng og trille. Adgang til dæk for at nyde havudsigt. TV med Roku. Lyd side bunk værelse med to sæt køjesenge at sove fire. Fladskærms-tv med Roku og Play Station 2.
Hall badeværelse med stall bruser. Masser af skabe i alle værelser.

3rd Floor Master Suite - Nyd den betagende udsigt fra dit eget private dæk. King size seng, fladskærms-tv med Roku, jacuzzi badekar og badeværelse med stall bruser. Keurig kaffemaskine og mini køleskab, så du kan nyde morgenen bare lidt længere før du kommer nedenunder!

North Topsail Beach Park mindre end 1 km væk, har 2 oplyste tennisbaner, basketballbane, sandvolleyballbaner og legeplads for de små. Tag din snor og agn for at krabbe af lyddocken i parken. North Shore Country Club ligger kun 3 miles væk. Kom og nyd denne 4-stjernede golfbane!

Nogle gode lokale restauranter som Costal Wing og Spirits, Shaka Taco, SurfDog Bites og Brews i Surf City. Bring familien til 'Ricks' lige over broen, eller bare gå lige ved siden af Seaview Fishing Pier for frisk fisk og skaldyr eller Splash by the Sea beliggende i Villa Capriani for god mad og service!

It was a great location. and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. If you like to walk out your door to the beach then this is the perfect place! The elevator is a must for luggage and groceries :) I would recommend this place 10/10 :)

Gorgeous location impressive house

It was so nice to have so much space and such a gorgeous location! Location is a quick drive to necessities and an easy drive to restaurants, shops, etc. the ocean view is stellar. We enjoyed the pool just a few steps away.

great location, great house

We came back here for the 2nd year in a row. It's a great location with a community pool and a private hot tube. Beaches are beautiful and not too busy.

Annual family beach trip 2025

We have been coming north topsail for 15 years. The house was lovely, quick to the beach, wooden walkway could use some care( a few nails/screws poking up). We had lovely neighbors to share the deck. Loved the living space downstairs, we could play games and visit with everyone, cozy without being crowed. Kitchen was well appointed. Donna was quick yo respond to any issues. We never found the paddleboard. Get out early to set up your beach chairs and tent.

Great wee

We had 3 generations staying at the house, and it was a perfect fit. Everyone enjoyed the ocean front property because of convenience. The view is stunning. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location was steps from the beach and home accommodations were better than described. On day three we were already talking about coming back next year.

Nice Location

Great property, right on the beach. Hot tub was a plus! Great place for 9-12 people and good for a 2x family get away (friends/extended family). Clean, kitchen was well stocked! If there are kiddos in your group, the pool (shared with other rentals in the condo group) was a major plus on windy days (high tide).

Home was not in shape to rent. Advertizing deceptive. Change my trust in VRBO. contacted owner with a very unsatisfing responce. May no vacation in Topsail again. Btween raised nail(cut kids feet) and non functioning toilet and freezer. Not a pleasant stay. Besides the ocean being there this is worst stay at Topsail. Most lokely last

It’s disheartening to receive a review like this, especially since the guest reached out only after checkout. Had we been contacted during the stay, we would have been more than happy to address any concerns right away. For example, the toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes once we were made aware, and the freezer concern appears to have been related to a door track that was not damaged prior to the guest’s arrival. As for the nails on the deck, this is something we could have immediately sent our maintenance team to fix, and we always recommend wearing shoes or flip-flops outdoors for safety. We take great pride in caring for our home and providing a positive experience, as reflected in 13 years of consistently strong reviews. We hope future guests will feel reassured knowing we are responsive, attentive, and committed to making every stay enjoyable.

Beautiful location

We had an amazing stay, the house had literally everything we could have wanted. The beach couldn’t be any closer, and with 3 decks you have your choice of views, and the hot tub is in the perfect spot. There was more than enough room for our group, and sleeping arrangements were simple with so many options. We may make this a yearly trip! Thank you!

Our favorite so far!

We’ve been going to topsail every year for the past decade. We’ve stayed in bigger places but none that were as close to the ocean as this place! The proximity to the ocean can’t be beat. This home was well stocked with everything you need, the only time we left was to go to Food Lion which is a short drive away. We loved your home and hope to be back next year if you’ll have us!

Perfect and Peaceful

this property was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless and well decorated. Three bedrooms have ocean front decks. Grab your coffee and sit outside watching and listening to the ocean. Literally 100 feet to the beach. I will definitely be back - I enjoyed this more than our trips to HawIi and Aruba. What a gem - so sad to be leaving!

Starting Point of Our Summer Shitshow Era

Property was perfectly laid out minus the luxury Penthouse Suite being up top. Us oldies cant handle them stairs. Teens thoroughly enjoyed having the Penthouse Suite with their young bods and knees We all Loved it. All the comforts of home Plus the awesome, accommodating porches for people watching and seeing the action on the pier. The porches are where most of our deepest conversations took place. E-Bikes, Pier Fishing, hot tub'n, swimming in the ocean and Pool, shell hunting, shark teeth searching and so many memories were made that we will all cherish forever. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

Lovely location

We had a great experience here. Downsides were this is a duplex rental with a semi shared deck. However it didn’t bother us as much as we initially thought it would. Great beach view. We stayed here during Category I hurricane that hit our area and felt very safe here. No flooding or damage to the house.

Family Vacation

We had a family vacation with my husband, parents, son, daughter in law and 7 month old grand daughter. This was our first time in Top Sail. The house was great. Well equipped. Perfect distance to walk the path to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Everything thing was in great working condition. Donna was great in answering questions. I would suggest that the description state it is a connected home. Although our neighbors were great the main deck is only semi private because the home is not a stand alone single family house. (If that was stated - I apologize) Overall a great vacation home.

Great for a group

I wish we could have stayed longer! This condo was perfect for our girls-get-away long weekend. 5 bed rooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. Donna was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The views from all the decks were amazing and even with the windows closed, you can hear the sound of the waves. The condo is located on a very quiet street private street. It was a little disconcerting to have to buy toilet paper, dishsoap and trash bags but I can understand the reasoning for longer stays. This condo is 4 stories top to bottom from the ground and the elevator only goes to the main floor, so if you have trouble with stairs, this might not be the place for you. It would be a great place to spend the week as a family.

Hi Mara, Thanks for the review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We recently started renting for stays shorter than 7 days since people were looking for weekend getaways. We thought the start up of paper towels, TP, and detergent provided would be enough but thanks for letting us know. North Topsail Beach - Villas by the Sea

We enjoyed a great stay at this property in North Topsail Beach. Located in the Villas By The Sea complex, the location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. in either Sneads Ferry or Surf City. Our favorites were Sears Landing (breakfast), Shaka Taco (lunch), Rick's (dinner), Agave Azul (dinner), and Trailer Bar (drinks). Just steps from the ocean, the beach was relatively quiet since the beach access is for homes within the Villas. The hot tub and neighborhood pool were nice to have as alternatives to the beach. The home comfortably slept our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids), and we even had an extra bedroom that wasn't used. There's plenty of parking for at least four vehicles, and the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. On top of everything, Donna was very responsive and great to work with. Thanks again!

Great spot for an extended family

Property was perfect for us! We were a group of 7 adults, 5 kids (2-9) and everyone had an amazing time. The location is perfect - especially for kids - as you are right on the beach, so can go in and out without packing anything up. And access to the pool was the best way to break up our day. We would spend mornings in the sand and surf, and the afternoons in the pool. It's not in the main Topsail town, but if you plan on cooking for yourself and spending time in the home, it's a great location close enough to a grocery. The home was well stocked with kitchen gear, spices, beach toys, and baby gear (pack n play, high chair). The only thing I wished had been included were beach towels. The management was quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. And we were able to access the property early which is always a plus! Thanks for a great week!

Sun-sational!

Top Sail Island has been a family favorite since we first vacationed there in 2001. We always enjoy our time at the beach but we've never stayed somewhere that was so comfortable that we wanted to stay there another year. This year we found the place that made us say "next time we land in Top Sail let's stay here again!" Oceanfront with lovely ocean views from each deck; wonderful walkway to the beach; small community with a pool; comfortable beds; elevator; hot tub; well stocked kitchen supplies; well stocked everything - books, games, dvd's, multiple tv's with roku, kids toys, high chair, deck furniture, great outdoor shower and beach supply closet. Excellent communication with manager and owners. AND a wonderful restaurant (at Villa Capriani) as well as the pier ice cream shop within walking distance. The week wasn't perfect (it included a trip to an urgent care facility and more stormy weather than we wanted) but having the comforts of home to R&R in made it much easier to remind ourselves that life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful.

We started vacationing on Topsail island in 2009 and we just fell in love with it. We live in NJ and have three busy kids and we love that Topsail is a place to relax and enjoy the ocean.

We Chose Villas By the Sea because of it's ocean front beauty, private hot tub and community pool. My kids have met other kids at the pool and had a great time but then we also have our privacy back at the house. We love the restaurants but also love to cook at home when we have friends come down with us. We hope you will enjoy your vacation as much as we do!
