Casita Felipe is a cozy historic home with modern features. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open living/dining room. The neighborhood is filled with many restaurants, bars, local stores, and attractions just steps from the front porch.

GUESTS ACCESS:
As a guest of Casita Felipe, you have access to the entire home. Two parking spots are available to park right on property and use street parking for extra cars. Feel free to use all the home’s amenities!

The property has washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, kitchen & bathroom essentials, and family friendly games. You will be given a code that will unlock the front door for the duration of your stay. Please note the back door does not have a key pad and will need to be manually locked.

This home is located in one of the most walkable neighborhood in the area and puts you just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, live music venues, shops, and San Antonio’s popular Riverwalk.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please be aware that we are off of a main road and close to other businesses, so at times it can be noisy. We have provided disposable ear plugs for guests in the drawer closest to the bar cart and in the bedrooms, should they be needed!

HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely NO PETS allowed on property. Guests who do not comply are subject to additional fee of $300 if pets are found to be on property. If you have a service animal please alert us upon booking so that we are aware and do not charge the $300 for undisclosed pet.
- Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigs allowed inside the home or within 10 feet of front and back door.
- Please be respectful of the neighborhood quiet hours starting at 11:00PM.
- Please do not set AC lower than 68 degrees.
- Please do not take bath towels out of property.
- Maximum guest count to not exceed (6) guests.
- Surveillance Cameras are located on the front and back porch of the property. Cameras are present for security reasons and none are located on the inside of the property.
- Please refrain from re arranging furniture, if things are moved please return them to their original place.
