An owner’s closet for the use of the owner and housekeeping staff is located in the laundry room. All other areas are available for guests to use.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you please respect our neighbors and observe the quiet time of 10PM-7AM. We aim to keep our neighborhood quiet and safe for both our neighbors and guests.

Other things to note
• All TVs are smart TVs with common streaming apps installed. Please bring your own password to use your favorite streaming services.
• Pool and hot tub are serviced twice weekly. You may see crew for a short duration during your stay. This ensures our pool and hot tub remain clean and comfortable.
• Someone will stop by to haul the large trash/recycling bins out to the street every Tuesday and bring them back to the storage location each Wednesday.
• From time to time, pest control will stop by the property. They use pet and child friendly spray, and this helps protect our property from the desert pests.
• **Starter kits of paper products, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, and dish soap & pods are provided. Depending on the length of your stay and number of guests, you may need to replenish these items if you require more than is provided.
