There's a reason this property has such high ratings--it's a beautiful and most accommodating place to stay! The living area was wonderfully spacious! Cleanliness was obviously a priority! The bedrooms were roomy and comfy with the king beds! The whole place is tastefully decorated! Location was great for our needs and we would definitely return in the future! The host was gracious and very responsive!

Perfect place for 4 sisters to stay while visiting our dad! The home was clean and roomy. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Beds were comfortable. Decor was fun and “happy”!! Communication with the host was easy and the replies were always prompt. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Little Rock!!

We had three couples and two toddlers in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was nice having king beds in each of the bedrooms. Check in was a breeze. The back yard was terrific. Communication with host was great. Plenty of parking for three vehicles. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful home in a great location! 4 bedrooms with 4 king sized beds is so hard to find but this house has it, absolutely perfect for our family of 6! Nobody was flipping coins to see who got the bigger bed! The interior decor is just so happy, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, we all loved it! The kitchen and bathrooms had plenty of what you’d expect, nothing lacking, and everything was very clean! Plenty of parking and the back yard is huge, our dog had a great time exploring! The backyard also had lots of birds and rabbits, it felt almost park-like, wonderful for morning coffee! I did have to contact the host a couple times and he responded within minutes, not used to that! The location is perfect, nice quiet neighborhood and anything you need is only 5 minutes away! I think this house is exceptional, great for families and I have no problem recommending it 100%!

This was a wonderful home for our family. We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and our adult children appreciated the comfortable rooms with King sized beds. The kitchen was perfect and I was able to prepare some dishes to take to our Thanksgiving dinner at a nearby home. We loved being able to hang out with each other in the spacious den, and my youngest son enjoyed playing the piano! I highly recommend this home for a comfortable stay in Little Rock.

This house was amazing! The rooms were all very spacious, each with king beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and even included a full spice rack for a nice touch not commonly found in vacation rentals. The showers bith had handicap bars, which were extremely useful for my elderly relatives who stayed with me. The host was very quick to respond and resolve the minor issue we did have with a tripped breaker. I would most certainly stay here again!

We can't say enough about this property. Space, space, and more space. Beautiful, clean, hugh yard for the dogs, nice neighborhood, comfortable, homey, nice clean grill for cooking. We are keeping this one on our favorites list for the next time we are traveling to Little Rock. Bonus is the Baby Grand Piano!

Perfect get together place for family

the house was very clean and spacious with many bedrooms! we enjoyed the openness at living/dining and kitchen area. the coffee/tea station was a bonus!! the extra play room between the living room and patio area was a perfect place for our 2 grand children to play on the floor!! the communication with the owner/property management was very smooth and truly appreciate your kindness. the memories we made at the house is unforgettable we will cherish forever, thank you for accommodating us.

A Home away from Home!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Chris’s rental home! The house was large, spacious, and truly felt like a five-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from a grocery store and very close to the State Fair Grounds. We were in town for a Kid Rock concert, and it was such a treat to come back to an ice-cold, powerful AC and endless hot water for everyone to shower comfortably.Chris was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout our entire stay. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the backyard was just as impressive, featuring a brand new gas grill and plenty of space to relax.We were more than pleased with this rental and can’t thank Chris enough for helping make this once-in-a-lifetime trip with my family so memorable. The house and hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with — which made everything seamless from start to finish.The home itself is warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated, striking a perfect balance between comfort and style. All four bedrooms feature king-size beds with high-quality sheets that made for restful nights, and the bathrooms were stocked with plentiful, high-quality towels, which is a detail we truly appreciated.The layout is ideal whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for work. The living room is spacious and inviting, the kitchen is well-equipped for anything from cooking meals to grabbing takeout, and the high-speed Wi-Fi and work-friendly setup were a plus. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also very convenient for an extended stay.A special bonus for us was the private, fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our well-behaved Miniature Goldendoodle. Awesome home in a great location. We had 4 adults and 3 children, and the setup of the house was perfect for us. Chris was great to communicate with throughout.
