The Space:

The house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Custom-made furniture for an elegant and stylish ambiance decorates a living/TV room, dining and kitchen area, with high ceilings that create a sense of space throughout. All rooms and common areas have A/C units and high speed WIFI service available throughout



BEDROOMS



Each of the 3 bedrooms have A/C mini-split units and the following bed configuration:



Room #1 - King bed + attached bathroom

Room #2 - Queen bed + detached guest bathroom

Room #3 - Queen bed + detached guest bathroom



The bathrooms feature all of your necessities including towels, face washcloths and environmentally friendly amenities including a hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.



KITCHEN



The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with:



- Fresh Costa Rican coffee.

- Full size fridge and freezer.

- Oven and range top.

- Blender.

- Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives.

- Microwave.

- Glasses, wine glasses, cups and coffee mugs.

- Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils.

- Colander.

- Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper.



OUTDOOR AREA



Outside, on the front porch, there is parking space for up to 4 cars on the driveway.



BEACH CLUB & BEACH ACCESS



The beach club and beach access is just steps away from the house, where you can enjoy of a one of a kind pool, swing up wet bar, Yoyo's restaurant, coffee shop and the direct beach access.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire house and also to a private beach club. The facilities offer a one of a kind beachfront pool, bath and changing rooms and YOYO's wet bar and restaurant which is the best place for lunch or an early dinner. She has the best drinks and serves the tastiest food and is open 6 days a week (11am-6pm).



The Neighborhood:

Hermosa Palms is located in the lush and tropical Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. Playa Hermosa, is best known for unspoiled beaches and world-renowned consistent surfing waves throughout the year. Hermosa Palms is not your typical cookie-cutter gated community, it is a beachfront community where the houses are exquisite (a mix of contemporary and tropical architecture) and all very unique. The development sits just 5 miles south of Jaco, Costa Rica, the largest beach town in Costa Rica, but feels as if you are 100s of miles away.



At the heart of Hermosa Palms is the oversized walk-in beachfront community pool and clubhouse where you can lay in the water and watch the waves crash against crystal blue waters or a stunning sunset backdrop. The beachfront pool also has a swim-up bar for those in the mood of a tropical drink or beach fare dining. The community pool is a great area for socializing and relaxing and is the center of the community, an easy walk from all the houses and the community clubhouse and community pool is where you access the beach.



Nature is also plentiful at Hermosa Palms. Just south of the community there is a Nature Reserve. As a result, the residents receive daily visits from parrots and scarlet macaws to the community pool and during the months of May to December, sea turtles are often spotted laying their eggs on the beach during their annual migration.



Getting Around:

It’s best if you have your own car, since the house is not walking distance to the center of Hermosa or Jaco. Also, you can request a red cab to move around town or go visit other nearby beaches. Nevertheless, we recommend you to mobilize using Uber taxi service if you have access to any smartphone device.



Other Things to Note:

Please note, there is a 10pm noise ordinance, and we require all of our guests to be respectful to our home and our community. Anyone that does not comply with our house rules, will be asked to leave. "Pura Vida" is a way of life here, and although we do not allow overnight guests who are not renters or loud parties, we want you to enjoy yourselves and relax at our home.
