To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, parties are not allowed, and gatherings outside the property are not permitted during quiet hours (9PM - 7AM)

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note, this is Non-Smoking house, there is a designated smoking area outside; If House Rules are violated it will result in cancellation of reservation without reimbursement.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

Kindly note that the property is located on the second floor and requires going up a flight of stairs.

You and your guest are located in a quiet neighbourhood. There will be NO PARTIES allowed and NO GATHERINGS outside the property. Please respect your neighbours and treat the home as it is your own.
