Comfortable, serene pool home on a private road, situated on Lake Tsala Apopka.
Home has everything you need to relax and unwind!

Private dock, bring your fishing poles, boat or jet skis! Boat ramp is down the road, park your trailer in the driveway.

Only a couple miles from the Withlacoochee State Trail for biking.

Floral City is about an hour from Tampa and Orlando. Nearby Crystal River for manatees, scalloping and Three Sisters Springs.

Three bedroom, two bath home with enclosed pool (not heated) and lakefront with dock. Central A/C and heat.

Open floor plan includes a living room with seating for 6 and a large screen tv with Roku streaming and dining table which seats 6.
Large kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and also has counter seating for 4. (Please note, kitchen/laundry room tile is extremely slippery when wet.)

The master suite has an attached bath with walk in shower and opens to the pool area. Also, sliding glass doors opening to the pool area.
King size bed with adjustable head frame.
Large screen tv with Roku streaming and walk in closet with bathroom towels.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and desk for work area.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and tv with Roku streaming.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are also 2 tower fans in two of the bedroom closets.
Towels for the shared bath and pool are in the hall closet.
Board games are located in the second hall closet and also in TV console.

The pool area has two tables for eating, one covered and one with an umbrella. Two chaise lounge chairs and a small sitting area.

There are 2 folding chairs in the pool area if you'd like to bring them to the dock or front porch (please return to pool area).
There are 2 folding lawn chaises in the storage bin in the pool area.

Outside grill area by laundry room.

You will have the entire property to yourself, with the exception of the garage, the coat closet and one cabinet in the laundry room. They are reserved for owner.

You may have access to the two bikes, please request them in advance and I will leave them out for your use. They are nothing fancy, but adequate for touring the island.
Other things to note
There is a security camera on at all times mounted on the outside of the house.

The dock has cleats, but no bumpers, so if you want to dock your boat, etc they must have their own bumpers.

Supplies at hand*
I leave a generous amount of toilet paper, shampoo and other toiletries, laundry soap. There are basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, including Brillo, if needed for the stainless steel pots. Dawn soap is in dispenser on kitchen sink. Trash bags and paper towels under kitchen cabinets. Please put all garbage into kitchen trash bag and tie before putting into outdoor bins (other guests may need to use them before pickup, so please be considerate).
Please do not use the pots and pans to cook on the outdoor grill. Please do not use the front door due to bugs and light carpet. Thanks!
