Our family had an unbelievable stay at the villa. It was better than advertised. Very clean, super comfortable, in a great location close to everything, and the hosts were very responsive and fantastic. We would give them 10 stars if we could. We will definitely be going back. Mahalo.

Wow. What a perfect stay! Everything we needed to set up our vacation was included, even down to beach towels. Comfortable beds, comfy couches, extra blankets. Excellent stay!

We stayed with my daughter and son in law and their 6 month and 2.5 year old. We have stayed many places in Kohala area and this was premium for what we we needed. Pool very close and excellent. Walk to shops and beaches. It was well stocked for kitchen and beach needs. We would stay again.

The property is exactly as described. All check in directions were accurate and easy to follow. We would highly recommend this property to anyone with a family or two couples traveling together. We especially enjoyed the location to the pool, coastline beaches, and groceries! The owner is an excellent communicator and answered questions immediately. We will definitely be back. Loved it!

This is the best place, beautiful, tranquil and family friendly. Served three generations from 5 to 75. It is fully accessorised and has everything that you'll need besides groceries. Like a mom packed for you, the things you forgot and the things you didn't know you needed. We loved our time here, beds are comfortable, furniture is cozy, kitchen is stocked, beach closet is full and our hearts are happy. The views are stunning and no photo does this place justice. It is much larger inside! Huge living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside is so perfect for young and old, safe and can watch the sunset. Directly across from the pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ. Highly accessible from everything touristy and local!

Amazing place and location! The hosts were the best we ever had. Enjoyed being walking distance to the ocean and shoppes and plenty of snorkel gear to enjoy!

Cozy, warm, mid-century modern vibe. Wonderful views. Plenty of towels. Beach towels and equipment were great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Spices, utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, coffee maker, etc.

A rental done right! Hosts were VERY quick to respond. Condo on the main floor and easily accessible, walk in showers. Beds - The space was perfect for 2 couples, and 1 child (4 yo). The bed in the primary room was very comfortable, but the mattress could be replaced due to the person sized divot. The beds in the guest room were very comfortable. There was an air mattress if you need more sleeping space.Linens - There were PLENTY of linens, cozy blankets for the couch, and towels for the showers. Laundry detergent was provided so we were able to have fresh towels for the whole trip. Shower pressure and water temp were GREAT. Kitchen - well equipped for cooking, and packing lunches (baggies, foil, parchment, basic spices). Plenty of cooking utensils, nice pans, dishwasher worked well. Cups to take to the pool, beach and golfing. Beach/Pool - Towels a plenty! Coolers & beach bags to pack and take with you, including ice packs and coozies for your cans. Beach toys and chairs available for a great day at the beach. The host recommended some great beaches, we hung at A-bay. Walking to beach not feasible from condo. Pool right across the street from the condo, super convenient with a 4 year old. Golf - was VERY easy to book your tee time with Waikoloa Beach Club, we were able to play 2 days, I rented clubs and my husband brought his own.

It's a gated resort condo. There Host Jennifer has done a great job. It's beautifully decorated and filled with anything and everything you'll need, from games to kitchen supplies! The sunset view is amazing.

This a beautifully decorated and comfortable ground floor condo. The two bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms were perfect for two couples. We enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on the large lanai. The view was over a golf course but with a buffer of lava in between so no golf carts nearby, and the view towards the ocean was free of any buildings. It was totally relaxing and serene.The hosts have thought of every possible amenity to create a luxurious and beautiful setting. The entire complex was gated and very well maintained. The swimming pool was right across the street. Being golfers, we were happy to take advantage of the Gold Member discounted golf rates at Waikoloa that the hosts have made available for their guests.We would definitely recommend this condo and would rent it again if we return to the Big Island.

This vrbo was exactly as the pictures showed. It had very comfortable beds and couch in the living room. We loved the 2 master bedroom floor plan. Lots of games available. Well stocked supplies in the kitchen. We used the pool every day and it was also well taken care of. Perfectly located. Walking distance to shops and the beach. We loved everything about our stay here.
