Welcome to our home, we spent the last 2 years putting our heart and effort into creating it while choosing the best materials and design choices to create the house we dreamed of. As you enter our property you will be surrounded by tall trees that offer a forest like feel and provide shade and privacy. The scenery will fill you with peace and harmony as you enjoy the fresh outdoor air and even spot some deer. In beginning of may 2024 we are adding a barrel sauna to boost your relaxation and make your trip feel even more like a vacation!

This is a spacious 5 bedroom home with a living room, a loft area and outdoor accommodations.

The house accommodates up to 20 guests.

The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor and has attached bathroom.

There is a second bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. There is one fu bathroom next to this room. But not attached.

The third bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed. The full bathroom is next to it but not attached.

The fourth bedroom is upstairs features 2 bunk beds with full sized mattresses. This bedroom has an attached bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is upstairs, has 2 king beds and attached bathroom.

This beautiful home offers a large kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils.
If you love to cook there are pots and pans ready for you to showcase your Gordon Ramsay skills.

The outdoor patio has a large table that seats 12. You can enjoy a good meal on the barbecue or roast marshmallows by the fire pit or relax your mind by playing pin pong or other fun outdoor activities.

For security purposes our front door is equipped with a ring doorbell.

Other things to note
At this location you will be in the middle of everything. Downtown Boerne is only 3 minutes away by car. The local coffee shops offer tasty drinks and the restaurants have delicious meals. Main Street offers many antique and home decor stores that you can visit while strolling through the city. You can have a fun day at Six Flags which is only 20 minutes away or you can enjoy the beautiful city of Fredericksburg. This city is known for its juicy peaches and beautiful wineries. You can bring your family peach picking or wine tasting.
If it is too hot and you feel the need to cool off there is a town pool that only costs 5$ per admission.
