Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 2 cars at the property in the designated parking spots (in front of the side fence). NO parking in any other spot or on the street, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• The driveway gate does not lock or operate automatically; it must be opened and closed manually by pushing or pulling.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 2nd floor. The backyard area is shared with the rest of the units/guests.
