Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed on the 4th floor on the south side. I enjoyed the balcony and great view. The “snowbirds” had lots of fun social activities planned that made it easy to meet people and have fun. Being able to walk out the door and walk the beach is my favorite thing to do.

Peaceful

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was the perfect size. The dishes could have been clean and the walls could have been dusted but the condo as a whole was peaceful. The gate code never worked so we had to walk all the way around to get to the pool and beach access which wasn’t ideal when carrying a lot of things, especially since the stairs to the gate was right next to our condo. We asked several times about access and they would just give us the same code and say it should work. They never actually looked at it or helped though.

We got Screwed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible - Condo should not be available for rental - especially at the same rate as the other units in the condo. Most of the condo looks like it probably did in 1970. Updates that were done were done cheaply and by someone not qualified. The pictures on VRBO do not give a true idea of the condo. Sea Coast Management Group apparently has no standards on acceptable rental properties.
