Discover a spacious, stylish, and luxuriously updated 1947 top-floor retreat, where modern comfort meets vintage charm. Enjoy an open-concept living space flowing from the elegant living room to a dining area seating 8-10, culminating in a chef's kitchen.
French doors open to your expansive private deck, an entertainer's dream. It features outdoor dining for 10, a Weber natural gas BBQ, Ooni pizza oven, a bubbling hot tub, natural swim pond, outdoor shower, lush gardens, and a dock with a large sectional and fire table.
Designed primarily for two, this retreat now comfortably accommodates 2-5 guests (and pets!) with added sleeping options. The large bedroom boasts a Westin Heavenly king bed (sleeps 2) and a twin sofa bed (sleeps 1), while the living room offers a firm queen sofa bed (sleeps 2).
Conveniently located for exploring Victoria, you'll find free parking for one car, easy transit access, and proximity to shops, restaurants, the University of Victoria, and Camosun College Lansdowne Campus. It's just a 6-minute drive to Cadboro Bay Beach and 15 minutes to downtown.
Need more space? Combine this level with the downstairs owner's suite (sleeps 8) to create the "Family Oasis @ Horner Park," accommodating up to 12 guests. This lower level offers three additional queen bedrooms, a wet bar kitchen, TV lounge, workspace, a sitting room with a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2), laundry, and a full bathroom.
