The house is located in a gated community, a safe and exclusive environment. The infrastructure is complete for those who want privacy, comfort and convenience just a few meters from Rua das Pedras, the highlight of Buzios tourism.

Our unit has privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area and pool are private. So in addition to the structure offered by the gated community, we have the option of leisure in the comfort of the property itself.

There are 4 air-conditioned suites plus a guest bathroom, a large living room, a large outdoor area with a pool, sunbathing area, barbecue area and a full kitchen (with crockery, dishes and appliances).
