The Space:

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and style, starting with a spacious living room boasting soaring high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and plush seating, including a couch and loveseat positioned perfectly for relaxing in front of the smart TV. The open-concept kitchen features gorgeous natural wood cabinetry, stone countertops, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers, so you can start each morning with your favorite brew. The counter seating for two makes a great spot for casual breakfasts, while the dining area, surrounded by windows, offers a table for six where you can enjoy meals with breathtaking views of the river and forest beyond.



Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors. The home’s patio features a grill and a private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ellijay’s apple orchards, hiking trails, or nearby wineries. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.



This home also includes three full bathrooms, two with single vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, and one with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Washer and dryer in home.

-Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available, passes required and will be provided on arrival.

-This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch and driveway, (2) located at the front porch and actively monitoring the backyard and river.

-This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs (50 lbs or less) may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $100 per pet per stay that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Failure to disclose pets prior to arrival will result in a $250 fee per undisclosed pet, in addition to the standard pet fee. Any damage caused by the pet may result in additional charges.

-Yard and home are close to the woods. This means you may encounter bears, spiders, snakes, and other pests. We make every attempt to keep them at bay with regular pest control services, outdoor traps, and a large locked bear box for trash. Please, keep a close watch on your children and pets. We are not responsible for the wildlife in the North Georgia Mountains, it however, is part of the environment.
