We had a wonderful visit. The property was better than described and better than the pictures suggest. Yared was a very friendly and diligent host. He responded promptly to any concern and went out of his way to assist with an issue when it popped up. Could not recommend more strongly!

We had the pleasure of renting this house for the past week and we could not have asked for anything better! Let me 1st start with our thoughts of the house. Stunning! It was super clean, wide open floor plan and tons of space. Every detail was well thought out and absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly need inside and outside was available for use, to even include beach chairs and tents! The community was quiet, safe and all of the people that we encountered there were super friendly. The pool was very family friendly and just a short walk. A great added bonus was the shuttle to and from Bethany beach which, was only about a 15 minute drive. The check-in/check-out went seamlessly and could not have gone smoother. Now for the homeowner. The communication with him was fantastic and his responsiveness to texts/emails was amazing. He was a pleasure to work and It is quite obvious that he takes pride in his home. I would highly recommend him and his beautiful home to anybody who is looking to stay near the beaches.
