Our property is located in the Arizona desert, where wildfires, smoke, fire restrictions, road closures, and evacuation notices may occur due to changing weather and wind conditions. These events are unpredictable and beyond our control.

While we make every reasonable effort to notify guests of significant developments that come to our attention, we cannot guarantee that we will receive or communicate every update. Guests are responsible for monitoring current conditions before and during their stay using official local sources.

By booking this property, you acknowledge that wildfire activity and related government restrictions are natural occurrences in Northern Arizona and are outside the control of the property owner and manager. We appreciate your understanding and encourage all guests to stay informed throughout their visit.

Welcome to Stargazer Retreat, our quiet West Sedona home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spacious backyard. When you're back from the trails, relax next to a fire in the Adirondack chairs, take a dip in the hot tub, or enjoy a glass of wine on our stargazer platform. Or take advantage of the famous Sedona dark sky, using our digital telescope to scan the skies and find your favorite celestial bodies! For fun, head over to the custom bocce court, or play some checkers or chess on the life-sized board.

When your ready to slow it down, you can watch TV on the sectional couch or just head to bed, where you can dial up a good sleep in the master bedroom's brand new Sleepnumber King mattress, or the queen sized beds waiting in the guest bedrooms. The master has access to its own bathroom, with a full bath ready outside the other bedrooms.

Enjoy your meals in the brand new kitchen/dinette with new induction stovetop, GE microwave and full oven, dishwasher, and plenty of supplies and appliances to meet all your needs. The laundry room is also available, with a brand new GE washer and dryer.

We hope you won’t have to, but there is a desk with a printer if you need to get some work done. Wi-fi speeds are 300-500 mbps.

Discounts for long term stays (10% for 7 days or more, 20% for 28 days+).

The entire property is available except for the garage, which is used for our personal storage. There is room for two cars in the main driveway and a second driveway with room for one more car..

We enjoy hearing from our guests!Please reach out at anytime! Our service hours are seven days a week between 7 AM MST - 10 PM MST. Please allow for a one hour response time between hour service hours. Messages received after 10 PM MST will be responded to by 8 AM the next day. Guests experiencing an emergency after service hours should contact us by phone or dial 911.

Sedona is just an amazing, central location, both a waypoint and a destination. World class off-roading of all types, stunning hiking trails, great food, scenic vistas, 5-star spas, arts and culture, spirituality and mindfulness.

When you’re done here, Grand Canyon is only 2 hours to the northwest, Phoenix and Scottsdale 2 hours south. Visit the vineyards of Cottonwood and Jerome. Want to play some slots or see a show? Vegas is a 4.5 hour drive. Jet-ski on a man-made lake? Lake Powell is 3 hours north. Jackson Browne fan? Head to Winslow, Arizona 1.5 hours away to stand on a corner and check out the flat-bed Ford (he wrote it, not the Eagles!)
