We chose this property because it offers the perfect blend of peace, space, and fun right on the water. The private backyard beach instantly drew us in—it’s a rare find and makes it feel like your own personal retreat. The views of Willoughby Bay are stunning, especially at sunset, and we loved the idea of sipping coffee or wine while watching the water.

We also loved the variety of things to do without ever leaving the property—playing the piano or guitar, kayaking on calm waters, sitting around the firepit, or having game nights inside. It’s big enough for families or groups to spread out (over 2,800 sq ft!), but still feels warm and inviting.
The location is ideal—just across from the naval base, steps from a boat ramp, and only a short walk to a larger public beach. Wildlife visits are a bonus too—birds, dolphins, and peaceful moments with nature right outside the door.
