Those early morning risers may even glimpse Holden Beach wildlife like deer and cranes off the covered back deck. The deeded beach access is directly across the street, making your walk to the beach so easy and quick! After a long day on the strand, RETREAT back to your own backyard island oasis. Cap off your beach day by lounging in the pool, taking a breeze-filled hot/cold outside shower, or simply enjoying the beauty of Holden Beach.

Bask in the sunset views in a covered conversation area with Adirondack chairs or soak up the sun in the pool loungers. Savor a homemade meal made easy with the new outdoor grill! This home features modern furnishings and coastal decor throughout. You will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living and dining area, and a kitchen with granite countertops. There are two coffee makers and a Crockpot for your convenience. Hardwood floors throughout. Wireless internet access is provided. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests.
