The spacious farmhouse is situated 10 minutes from Fairfield, 15 minutes from the Virginia Horse Center, 20 minutes from Lexington, and approximately 9 miles from VMI & W&L. The house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms.
The space

This ranch-style farmhouse is surrounded by farmland and mountain views. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 and room for more guests! The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops. It has everything you might need for a delicious home-cooked meal! The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge with an option to purchase local wine!

The living room features a large smart TV and a cozy atmosphere.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV, and closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV, and closet.
Bedroom 3 has a king bed, pull-out chair, TV, and closet. The pack-n-play and twin-size air mattress are located in the closet.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the windows have curtains that let in light. These are not blackout curtains.
There are 2 full shared bathrooms. One has a double sink and a walk-in shower. The green bathroom has one sink and a shower.

The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a washer and a dryer.

The game room is a great space to relax and unwind, complete with a TV, games, a dartboard, a foosball table, kids' books, toys, and a working gumball machine. All you need is a quarter!
The outdoor patio is located off the game room, where you can enjoy the open farmland and watch amazing sunsets. A wood fire pit is available for roasting s'mores, and a charcoal grill and gas grill are located in the carport.

The farmhouse features a one-step entrance from the carport with plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.
This property is made for enjoyment! Run in the yard, roll down the hill, rest, and be restored in a peaceful country setting!

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a key code lock.

Need any necessities?
A new Dollar General Market opened in Fairfield, 13 minutes away. It has all the essentials, plus fresh produce!
Kroger, Food Lion, Walmart, and CVS are located in Lexington.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the unfinished basement and the owner’s closet.

*Plush bed linens, bath towels, robes, kitchen towels, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided.
*Complimentary bath soap samples are provided.
*Coffee is not provided
*The first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen sink.
*Wood is provided for the fire pit. The guests should bring fire starter fluid. (More wood can be available if guests run out!)
*The house is located in the country and we do our best to ensure a clean space. However, due to being in the country please realize there might be some bugs and small insects that we don’t have control over due to farms nearby.
