- Well-stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops.

- Open-concept layout connects the kitchen seamlessly to the dining and living areas.

- 12-cup drip coffee maker with complimentary ground coffee, coffee-mate, sugar, and essential cooking supplies like oil and spices.

★ Park Pass Policy: We do not provide park passes to guests. Because passes are strictly non-transferable, Parks Canada actively monitors short-term rentals. ★ Winter AC Notice (Oct – May): Outdoor A/C units are covered and turned off once daily low temperatures drop below 0°C to protect them during winter conditions.

★ Check-in: After 4:00 pm
Checkout: no later than 11:00 am

★ Bear Spray: Not provided in the unit.

★ No-pet policy (including hypoallergenic breeds).

★ Hot Tub & Pool: The Mercer complex does not have its own hot tub or pool. However, Elevation Place (2-minute drive) offers a full public recreation facility including fitness center, climbing wall, aquatic playground, lazy river, hot tub, and swimming pool.

⬤ HOUSE RULES

★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.

★ Please avoid food or drinks in the bedrooms: Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.

★ Please remove outdoor shoes inside to protect the flooring. Feel free to bring indoor shoes or slippers.

★ Please avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dye. Feel free to bring your own wipes or dark towels.

★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) must be stored in the garage. Waxing is strictly prohibited.

★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.

★ Do not use any fire hazards that may trigger a fire alarm or pose fire hazards.

★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.

★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.

★ Check-out is no later than 11:00 am.

★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.

★ The home will be cleaned after check-out, no daily housekeeping is provided during the stay.

My family of five adults stayed at this VRBO for one week while visiting Banff. The property was well equipped, exceptionally clean and a perfect location for hiking and skiing locally. There was a Mountain View as well as a fireplace, which added to the amenities.I would definitely recommend this property for vacation.

The rooms and space were great for the families as it allowed people to have some room but also there were gathering spaces large enough to get together for meals and family games. It was also noted that it was the best equipped kitchen and rental that any of the group had ever stayed at which was very much appreciated.

I must admit I was a bit concerned about the house before we went as it got a few bad reviews , but that’s where my doubts ended . The house was spotless , the bathrooms had plenty of everything as well as the kitchen . The house was in an extremely handy spot to shops , restaurant's and town . Charles was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had . If you’re planning a stay in Canmore with a few couples or a family I can’t recommend this place enough. Loved it . This property was all it said and more. Set up well for multiple couples or large family. Close to a few really good restaurants and not far from downtown at all. The instructions that were left were very easy to follow, everything was great.

Awesome in every way for our annual guys’ ski trip. The townhouse is very up-to-date and well-appointed. Each bedroom has a sizable and comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The living area is comfy with a gas fireplace and the kitchen is very nicely equipped. Parking in the garage is a plus. There are excellent restaurants, cafes and brewpubs nearby, several within walking distance and others less than 10 minutes drive on the main drag. Charles was very helpful with everything. This property was a much better value for our needs as compared to properties in Banff, and there is enough in Canmore that we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. Would definitely book this property again!Jim

Great vacation stay

This is one of those very special places to stay. The views of the mountains were a treat from every window. Having a separate bathroom for each of the four bedrooms meant everyone felt comfortable and had their space. All instructions were clear and super simple to follow. Charles was always so responsive. The kitchen is terrific and well-stocked. We didn't mind the stairs. The gas fireplace is a great bonus for those cold winter nights. Highly recommended!
