Ka'anapalis fineste omgivelser ved stranden, med en førsteklasses beliggenhed tæt på shopping og aktiviteter. Vores fuldt udstyrede studiolejlighed med havudsigt, A-517 ligger på 5. sal i Aloha Tower. Resortet ligger på 11 hektar med eksotiske tropiske haver langs en af de fineste strækninger af Ka'anapali-stranden, kun 1/2 mil nord for Black Rock. Svøm, snorkel, padle eller sejle direkte ud af vores hvide sandstrand i varmt, krystalklart turkisvand. Lounge ved to voksne svømmebassiner, kiddie pool eller spa med cocktail og mad service. Slap af i chaise under træerne på den fredelige græsplæne ved siden af stranden, eller tag vores parasol og stole og synk tæerne ned i sandet. Find pukkelhvaler direkte fra kysten mellem november og marts. Golf på en af de fire golfbaner i nærheden. Kør med den "gratis grønne vogn" til shopping og tilstødende hoteller til underholdning eller luaus. Nyd morgenmad, frokost, middag eller dagens vigtigste måltid 'Happy Hour' på Castaway Restaurant med fuld service, beliggende ved stranden. Eller simpelthen, nip til et glas vin på vores lanai, mens du ser solen gå ned over havet efter endnu en perfekt dag i paradis.

MKV er et Aqua-Aston Resort. Aston opkræver et gebyr for daglige faciliteter på $ 20. 00 plus skat, der inkluderer en pakke med faciliteter inklusive; parkering til et køretøj, gratis morgenkaffe og te, ugentlig Mai Tai-fest med live musik, gratis lokale telefonopkald, brug af det nyrenoverede Fitnesscenter, rabatter på hotellets spa og trådløs internetadgang overalt på ejendommen, (med brug af egen enhed). MKV is always a great property to stay at. The beach front is amazing, and conveniently located close to so many beautiful experiences. The shaded area for a reading and lounging right next to the pool and the beach is big plus for this property.

Aloha Leslie, We agree that our oceanfront resort boasts the best beach on Maui! Our sandy beach provides an easy access into the clear-blue tropical water, where the reef stretches 1 1/2 miles for the best snorkeling. During your stay, thank you for alerting us that the frypan needed to be replaced. I contacted our management company immediately, and they were able to drop off new pans within a couple of hours. (They take great pride in their service, and we are lucky to have them represent us!) When you asked for more TP and dishwasher pods, my maid service restocked you as soon as you asked. We were lucky that when you attempted to restore the sofa bed to its "couch position", the unit was not damaged. Our handyman responded within an hour to educate you on exactly how to restow the sofa bed correctly. He is a jewel and we are so fortunate to have him! We hope you enjoyed your late check-out, with no extra charges, taxes, or fees. After your safe return home, thanks for taking the time to share your Maui vacation experience. Barbara and Howard

Maui Again - always worth the visit

The accommodations are perfect and as expected. In walking distance to Black Rock, Whaler's Village, and many other restaurants. Would recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible place. Condo was great, location and beach were incredible and Barbara was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Maui Kaanapali Villas. The condo was great and exceeded the photos and expectations. The grounds and location /beach were amazing and the Castaway Cafe on site was very convenient and delicious.

My daughter (6) and I stayed here and loved every minute. The view on the lanai is my favorite. Barbara was easy to reach for even something minor. Highly recommend 517!

Perfect location - clean and great view of whales and ocean

Host very accommodating- during COVID the host helped us postpone stay and would highly recommend staying here….

Maui Honeymoon

Barbara was an amazing host! The condo was in a great location, close to the grocery store and had a free trolly we took to different locations for dinner multiple nights. There was everything we needed to have a great beach day already there, and the beach was less than a two minute walk away! We had an amazing trip and cannot recommend this condo enough!

Aloha Lindsey! We're so happy that you enjoyed your stay in our ocean view, studio condo at our beachfront resort. It's great that you made good use of the trolley which makes a continuous loop from our resort to restaurants, shopping, and the larger hotels south of Black Rock. No need to look for parking! We agree that our uncrowded beach is the most beautiful on Maui. The easy sand access into the warm, tropical blue waters make it a wonderful experience for swimmers and snorkelers. Our family has been vacationing at Maui Ka'anapali Villas for over 30 years. Our daughters, Emily and Dori grew up on this beach swimming, snorkeling, and hunting for beach glass. Our best vacation memories are of days spent here. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to buy our condo, and we look forward to sharing our joy with you.

We have loved this resort property for many years. The beach is pristine and uncrowded, and the water is crystal clear and warm. We boast the best snorkeling reef on Maui which stretches 1 1/2 mile north. Our grounds feature 11 acres of tropical landscaping offering a spacious feeling of low density living.

Growing up in Southern California, we always loved playing in the ocean. We fell in love with our resort the first time we visited. When we arrive, we kick our shoes off, don our swimsuits, grab our snorkels, and away into the sea we go!
