Driveway can hold 6 parked cars. Unfortunately, there is no street parking. There is a nearby park if you`d like to use short-term parking. Ask the host where that is.

This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please keep the noise down after 11pm.

Luggage Drop-Off: Allowed with prior confirmation.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking. No pets on any of the furniture. Pets are to be cleaned up after. Pet Fees: There is a $50 charge per pet with a maximum of 2 pets.

Tropical Setting:

You may encounter tropical creatures like geckos, lizards, or frogs.
Their presence is normal in this environment and is out of our control.

No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge.

Check-Out Policy: Unapproved late check-out will be penalized. No Unauthorized Guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Per Pinellas County Ordinance, limit of the home is 10.
