Please note during winter months, the local roads are maintained by snow plow service. However, road conditions can rapidly. We recommend front wheel drive 4WD OR AWD. We are not responsible for guest vehicles becoming stuck due to inclement weather. We recommend checking local weather conditions and plan according. Road conditions are beyond are control.

The Reel Freedom Cottage is not your typical lake congested cottage. The inviting Spacious open flow plan appreciates individual space and compliments family time with a warm and rustic meets modern finish. Please make sure to include the real numbers of guests, so the cleaning staff provides accommodating lines and towels

This welcoming retreat features 2 private new queen bedrooms, a cozy very large living room with 1 double size firm sofa bed with mattress topper for additional comfort. Relax in the new standard size bathtub/shower combo. This is a rural unrestricted lake community in a peaceful and partially wooded setting. The community is family and dog friendly, enjoy and be considerate of this.  There is no HOA or property restrictions therefore, there is a diversity of mixed home styles. The main roads to the cottage are paved and you will turn 1/4 onto gravel flat road to reach the cottage, that road is traveled year-round and at times may have a minor pothole.

Check in and check out times are mandated. Do not show up early or check out late without advance approval with Host. (Based on availability and maybe charged for early and late times.

Stay on public roads and the cottage property areas
Stay off of neighbor's driveways and yards. Do not turn around in private property areas

Any stolen or items will be charged to the Guest name on reservation
