Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Mission Hills! This stylish downstairs condo offers a delightful blend of comfort & modern decor, making it an ideal retreat for families or couples. With 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, you'll find plenty of space to unwind. Explore the vibrant local scene, indulge in delightful cuisine, or simply take a leisurely walk through this picturesque neighborhood.
Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this condo is the perfect home base.
The Space:
This trendy haven is located on the ground level (with an identical vacation rental above). The bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: Bunkbeds (twin over full)
2 full bathrooms
Mini split heating and air conditioning system in each room
Smart Tv's
Washer and Dryer in unit
Outdoor patio dining area
Working desk area
Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee or an al fresco dinner on the inviting outdoor dining set. Inside, the fully-stocked kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
There is parking for 1 spot in the driveway.
Guest Access:
Guests have unfettered access to the entire condo. In the front of the property is a 3 bedroom house (also a vacation rental) but there are no shared spaces. There is also a vacation rental of the second floor of this complex.
