Great place and great host! we felt it was a bit far from the things we wanted to do in Chicago so we will stay closer ( downtown) next time. Very close to stores but be aware the parking is rough. Great communication with the host.

My stay was very comfortable. I loved the cozy fireplace in the living room, and the kitchen was functional and had everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, a great place for a week-long stay.

Nice Place, Close to Brown Line

Apartment was modern and cozy. Neighborhood felt safe and family oriented. Good amount of bedroom space. Location was several minutes walk to Brown Line or a quick bus ride.

Very clean, recently remodeled space with updated appliances and bathroom. Communication with property host was amazing. Pretty no-frills kitchen with basics and in unit laundry was a big plus. Only downside is that in the winter it’s radiator heat so there’s frequent clinking and clanking as the system warms up. Decent parking within a few blocks of the units just need to circle the block a few times. Walkable to the end of the brown line safe urban neighborhood. Enjoyed the stay.

Decent accommodations for a short stay. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Beds okay. Neighborhood safe with food and necessities not far away. Host is very responsive. Unit needs work, such as paint job for the walls and better cleaning of finger marks on doors. No table.

This property was very convenient to the local store front theater on Irving Park for us to attend. It was within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk. Parking was somewhat a challenge since some streets around the property were permit parking only for local residents. Was able to find parking within a couple of blocks away; but this is nothing out of the ordinary for Chicago. Communication was superb!!!

Tiny apartment

Too tiny of an apartment to charge 400 a night!No ac in rooms. Broken door and stain on wall. Fighting with traffic to get to/back from downtown

Everything that was listed was true, however some of the listings was possibly stretched. During our stay we need the A/C to be installed it was not there upon arrival. As well as the kitchen lacked table so we had to use the coffee table to eat. The rooms were clean however there were many stains upon the walls, and what appears to be children’s fingerprints. However the neighborhood was very nice and safe so overall the stay was fine.
